Excellent service, they sent their lead installer, Van Kushner, who was very attentive and professional. Also, the diagnostic technician, Alanderson (from Brazi) and his partner were very friendly, courteous and polite. I recommend all air strongly. more

As a first-time customer, I called and they sent someone within a few hours. They explained how everything works and when it came time to decide on the estimate, I felt the diagnostic was correct. In addition, I learned more about my unit and the expected life. When they left, everything worked. more

This is my second review of All Air of South Dade. Their yearly service is impeccable. I've written about my Tech, Santos who is a pleasure to deal with and excellent tech. The staff that dispatches the calls are fantastic too. Friendly, follow through with getting service to your home quickly. Makes me smile just to hear their positive attitude over the phone. This year I decided to change out my 11 year old a/c system, and also have my duct system checked because the air flow to my upstairs has always been weak. They sent Santos, and Adam a specialist, to check why I was having the problems, and then, with my agreement ,had Mike the specialist in determining what is needed to bring up the cooling to the correct level efficiency check out my issues. As always each person that I've dealt with has been professional , well educated in their specialty, NOT high pressure sales people, and I feel extremely comfortable with their ability to get the work done correctly! All Air of South Dade offers it's clients excellent service. All Air technicians are experienced, well-informed, professional, knowledgeable, uniformed and good communicators. They make sure the customer is satisfied with the work done. I have worked with several All Air technicians. They are all very good. Richard has done work for us on several occasions and he's excellent! The truth is, All Air personnel in general (specifically Erica as my contact person) are personable, professional and courteous. more

In September of 2011 I began my research to locate a Air Conditioning Company to replace my Air Conditioning Unit. After speaking with several companies it was clear that I wanted only All Air of South Dade to do the job. The sales staff was very informative in helping me make my decision. The two Technicians/Installers (Van & Colby) completed the work in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with All of the personnel and technicians at ALL AIR OF SOUTH DADE. more

When researching various air conditioning companies, we decided to go with All Air of South Dade for a couple of reasons. more

This is now the second review that i am writing and i never write reviews but this team deserves it! Thank you Rocko, Santos, Gabe, Colby, Dan and Al!! And the ladies in the office are fabulous- especially Erica. Rocko you truly lead by example and you deserve all the success in the world. The compassion and sense of urgency with which you responded to my situation is so rare in Miami. I have had major ac issues recently. The first occurred on a Saturday night and I called Rocko. I was freaking out as water was dripping from my ceiling and my house felt like an oven. My compressor is new but my handler and ducts are 10+ yrs old, I am incredibly sensitive to heat as are both my husband and son and my son was in the middle of playing in a state tournament. Rocko immediately sent Santos over- it was 8:30pm at night!- Santos was a complete gentleman and exceptional technician at identifying the problem and solving it quickly. Courteous, efficient and compassionate- a winning combination. Also, I had the VIP partner plan which I strongly recommend. 2) I scheduled a coil cleaning. Santos came and was exceptional again. My coils were old and brittle and he took great care to make sure he did the job well since they were so dirty. Excellent service and i love the booties they wear considering I had just cleaned the house! Very considerate. 3) Two days after the coil cleaning, my AC stopped working and froze up. I was beside myself since I just spent a lot of time and money on the coil cleaning and could not understand why this was happening. I called rocko and he immediately sent Gabe over to check out the system. Santos is always so detail oriented I could not understand what the heck happened. Gabe checked all of Santos work and confirmed it was well done- we were stumped. Then Gabe started to look at the thermostat. He put it on auto fan and it would not work consistently. It would start and stop. He took it apart and checked the wires. He diagnosed the problem as the thermostat was failing in its communication with the system. He called Rocko who checked his reasoning and steps and then BEFORE having to sell me a new thermostat he sent another team, Colby and Dan, to drain all the water from the melting ice and check the system...again! Love that!! Throughout this whole day- last Saturday- he called to check on me and kept saying ""trust me, have I ever let you down? We are known for the best customer service for a reason."" Gabe returned while colby and his partner dan were finishing to review all the work. They did a final last check before selling me the thermostat. the thermostat was indeed the issue, I bought a new one and was given the VIP partner discount. The level of service and the kindness that I experienced that day has made me a fan for life. I trusted Rocko and he took excellent care of me and my family. Rocko definitely leads by example and his teams represent him well. I strongly recommend All Air with confidence and sincere gratitude. It is so comforting to know I can call them anytime and they will take care of us like family. Thanks so much :)))) Sam more

Okay, to be fair, I have not used this company but was researching them to possibly call them. If you notice, all except one person loves and raves about the company. In some cases they go on for paragraphs about how wonderful and spectacular All Air of South Dade is and there love of their technicians. But if you look closer, almost every review is within a day or so of one another, but more importantly every single review except one have never written another review on another product (as of 8/6/11). So I am to believe that all of these ""customers"" within a day or so of one another in the past year spent the time to write glowing reviews of All Air of South Dade, yet never write a review about anything else?!? Paragraphs and paragraphs of positive copy, yet not a single restaurant. retailer, another service, travel or other review. To me this is very suspicious of All Air of South Dade planting reviews to make themselves sound good. If I am wrong, I apologize, but it sure seems suspicious as most people who wake the time to write a review, especially a lengthy review, will do so if they are unhappy - not joyous about their esperience. And to have all of these happy people writing nothing but positive reviews is a bit suspicios to me. I am going to keep looking for another a/c company. Best of luck on your search. Technician Richard showed up on time and to my surprise put booties over his shoes before entering my house (very respectful). He explained and showed me in detail what was needed to repair our unit. He answered all questions asked with professionalism and was very knowledgeable. We have used All Air of South Dade before and will turn to them for all our AC needs. We have always been really satisfied with their service. Have and will continue to recommend them to others. Thanks Again!! more

Technicians, Richard and Charles were prompt, efficient, and provided an honest evaluation of our air conditioning unit. Tune up and minor repairs were completed in a timely manner. They even wear little bootys to keep from tracking in grim! more

The A/C died, froze over on a hot, muggy June day. I called one company and was told that they would come out in two days. Hot, sweaty, I Googled Air conditioning Miami and picked the first listing. I can't believe how good the first listing turned out to be. REALLY! They said they'd be at my home in four hours and then called back to say it would be in one hour. The machine was under 10 years old so there was still a warrantee on it. They got all of the parts for free - not only those that were broken but those that were wearing out. Richard arrived in the pouring rain and waited for me 40 minutes to return from work. He wore booties over his shoes, was concerned for my wood floors, explained everything in detail. My air conditioning unit was old and in terrible shape. We spend so much money allowing different companies to come in and claim they can repair the air handler... I decided its time to research AC companies and had a few come out to the house. I received different estimates for a new unit. Mike came out to the house and was the only one that spend a lot of time collecting all the detail,measuring exactly the space we have and not focusing on selling me an expensive unit.He was accurate and professional and I felt very confident to give all-air the job.It was a long and hard job, Van and his crew worked for 12 hours until everything was done, perfect and clean! I highly recommend ALL-AIR. It was such a pleasure to work with all of them and to know they will do what ever it takes to do the best possible job and give you the best possible service!!! more

We had a mouse die in our A/C duct. The smell in our condo was terrible. All Air immediately sent out a technician within one hour (when other companies would not come until the next day). They immediately fixed the problem. The two technicians, Richard and Charles, were courteous and efficient. When our upstairs AC unit started freezin up on a Saturday, we knew we were probably in for some big overtime fees, which is what I found when I called the company I have used for many years, I will not mention their name. I went on Angie's list and after reading such good reviews, decided to call All Air. I was thrilled to find out that they charge the same fee for a service call no matter when you call, and that they would come look into the problem on a Sunday, and it was Mother's day also. Richard arrived as promised, and was professional in every respect, explaining the problems and issues and offering options in terms of the fix's. He even took pictures!He came back today and did a total rehaul of the unit, making it like new. I was also impressed that the owner called after the service call to make sure we were happy with Richard. As long as everything keeps running good with the unit, All Air of South Dade is officially our new AC company. We also appreciated the discount for being Angie's List subscribers... more
