This is now the second review that i am writing and i never write reviews but this team deserves it! Thank you Rocko, Santos, Gabe, Colby, Dan and Al!! And the ladies in the office are fabulous- especially Erica. Rocko you truly lead by example and you deserve all the success in the world. The compassion and sense of urgency with which you responded to my situation is so rare in Miami.
I have had major ac issues recently. The first occurred on a Saturday night and I called Rocko. I was freaking out as water was dripping from my ceiling and my house felt like an oven. My compressor is new but my handler and ducts are 10+ yrs old, I am incredibly sensitive to heat as are both my husband and son and my son was in the middle of playing in a state tournament. Rocko immediately sent Santos over- it was 8:30pm at night!- Santos was a complete gentleman and exceptional technician at identifying the problem and solving it quickly. Courteous, efficient and compassionate- a winning combination. Also, I had the VIP partner plan which I
strongly recommend. 2) I scheduled a coil cleaning. Santos came and was exceptional again. My coils were old and brittle and he took great care to make sure he did the job well since they were so dirty. Excellent service and i love the booties they wear considering I had just cleaned the house! Very considerate. 3) Two days after the coil cleaning, my AC stopped working and froze up. I was beside myself since I just spent a lot of time and money on the coil cleaning and could not understand why this was happening. I called rocko and he immediately sent Gabe over to check out the system. Santos is always so detail oriented I could not understand what the heck happened. Gabe checked all of Santos work and confirmed it was well done- we were stumped. Then Gabe started to look at the thermostat. He put it on auto fan and it would not work consistently. It would start and stop. He took it apart and checked the wires. He diagnosed the problem as the thermostat was failing in its communication with the system. He called Rocko who checked his reasoning and steps and then BEFORE having to sell me a new thermostat he sent another team, Colby and Dan, to drain all the water from the melting ice and check the system...again! Love that!! Throughout this whole day- last Saturday- he called to check on me and kept saying ""trust me, have I ever let you down? We are known for the best customer service for a reason."" Gabe returned while colby and his partner dan were finishing to review all the work. They did a final last check before selling me the thermostat. the thermostat was indeed the issue, I bought a new one and was given the VIP partner discount. The level of service and the kindness that I experienced that day has made me a fan for life. I trusted Rocko and he took excellent care of me and my family. Rocko definitely leads by example and his teams represent him well. I strongly recommend All Air with confidence and sincere gratitude. It is so comforting to know I can call them anytime and they will take care of us like family. Thanks so much :)))) Sam
