This bridal shop is the worst one I have ever been to. We payed $230 for our bridesmaid dresses so you would think they would be top of the line or at least good quality. Two of the bridesmaids and the mother of the bride had stains on there dresses. They actual told the one that they would give her $50 off if she took it with the stain on it. Then they tried to blame the spot on the mother of the brides dress on her grandson. Saying that she was holding him while she was trying on her dress. They are ridiculous there. I tried mine on after I got it back from the first fitting and it was obviously to big on me and they tried to tell me it was fine. I told them that I paid $230 for this dress and they will make it how I like it. I just went back for my THIRD fitting and it is still to big. The wedding is in 6 days!! I was talking to another lady while I was in there and she said they ordered her daughters dress two sizes to small. How does that happen when you get measured?? It just sho more

i would go somewhere else for any of my bridal wear or formal wear. They say they get thier gowns from italy or special order and they don't. the owner is extremely rude and we have even been witness to thier attitude towards employees and customers. i would never recoommend this store to anyone. the owner is always hideing in the back and the sales women, well you can barley understand them and won't help you when you ask. when i called to talk to the owner they never returned my call.Only one girl i spoke with was extremely kind and seemed genuinly concerned. I would never get any of my formal wear at that bridal salon. The owner, alessandra is extremely rude and left me in the room & walked away from me when I was there for a fitting. I expected to be treated with respect , after all I was spending alot of money which I regret now. Everyone was running around like chickens with there heads cut off and someone might want to tell that one girl to dress appropriate. I would rate it but they don't have a half star. more

I purchased my Prom dress from this shop. Not only were they rude but they also measured wrong when they ordered it. When the dress came in and I went for my fitting, with the same shoes on, the dress was too short and I had to wear ballet slippers! They tried to say that it was not their fault but they were the ones that measured and ordered the dress. more

My friend asked us to purchase the bridesmaids dresses for her wedding there. I expected the nearly 2 hour drive from my home to be fitted for and pick up the dress. Neither I nor anyone else in the party planned on having alterations done there. Every one of the dresses ordered were too big. My guess is they assumed they'd be doing the alterations, so more $$ for them. When they learned that we weren't doing that, they got snippy. The day I picked up my dress, the first thing they asked was if I'd need alterations. When I said no, they took my money, brought me my dress, and said goodbye. All this on top of the fact that I spent $220 on a BRIDESMAIDS dress. The whole experience stressed me out. Stay away from that place if you want stress free wedding experiences. the owners are extremely rude and leave you standing there while they run into the backroom. thereis no where to sit and they seem to always be rushing all customers when you come to pick up your dress. i would never recommend this place for any of your wedding needs. go somewhere else. more

I made the mistake of ordering my wedding dress from this less than satisfactory establishment. They are nice at first...then you pay your deposit and everything changes. I am currently waiting for my 2nd dress, after waiting well over 6 months, my first dress was ordered WAY TOO SHORT! They did not want to reorder the dress and gave me a REALLY HARD TIME! They NEVER return phone calls and give WRONG information. I was told my 2nd dress would be in next month, they lied....now, it won't be in until the end of July. Alessandra Bridal's staff and owner are rude and dishonest! I made the mistake of purchasing my wedding gown there, then had the misfortune of having to return because I was standing up in another wedding. Alessandra and her staff appear nice and friendly, UNTIL you put a deposit down. Then they are rude and try to go back on all their promises. They are snotty and manipulative. I unfortunately made the mistake of purchasing my wedding gown from this establishment. Although I regret giving them my business, I hope to prevent others from making the same mistake by writing this review. The owner of the store was extremely rude to both myself and my mother, and actually asked us why we bothered to waste time. This of course was stated once she discovered we would be spending no more money in her store (as if the purchase of a gown was not enough). After we pointed out the shortcomings of her business etiquette, she pathetically chased us out the door with offers of free services and apologies that were much too late. Unless you enjoy dealing with ill-mannered people who possess condescending attitudes do not attend this store. Pros: Absolutely Nothing Cons: Everything more

This store has a wonderful selection of beautiful wedding gowns, bridesmaids and mother of bride dresses. It carries formal dresses for all occasions. They have all the accessories you might need for the occasion. They are very friendly and do everything possible to make you happy with your purchase. They do a very good job with the alterations. more
