Alessandra Bridal's staff and owner are rude and dishonest! I made the mistake of purchasing my wedding gown there, then had the misfortune of having to return because I was standing up in another wedding. Alessandra and her staff appear nice and friendly, UNTIL you put a deposit down. Then they are rude and try to go back on all their promises. They are snotty and manipulative. I even had everything in writing, and they still tried to get out of it and scam more money. I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone!
