Good: courteous customer service in placing the request for sending a service rep to repair oven. asked pertinent questions to identify the problem. Bad: service rep arrived and checked to see if what I stated was the problem was accurate by checking the oven. Determined I was correct and then said he would have to order the parts. and it would take 10 to 14 days and then they would have to reschedule.. Improvements: When a customer says what is potentially wrong bring the tools to determine if this is the problem and bring the supplies to fix it. Having to schedule 2 visits for one repair when I gave them the issues is not providing customer service. It is an abuse of warrenty service. Other: I have purchased appliances form Pickering which is not Albert Lee sine the late 1970's but I will never go to their store again. In this ecconomy they should be promoting customer service and they do not care about there customers. a rating of one star is being generous to their service department..
