I love this place! I have struggled with embarrassing facial hair for as long as I can remember. I finally got enough courage to call, and the girl who answered the phone was sweet and so helpful, and told me not to be embarrassed because they could help me. When I went in for the consultation Megan was so nice and explained the whole process to me. I am now on my 4th laser treatment, and what a difference! I can hardly notice the hair anymore, and I'm not afraid to get close to people when I talk. Thank you Albany Laser Spa for my new found confidence! more

Here’s my experience in a nutshell, when buying a groupon at Albany Laser Spa as I remember it. Last year I purchased the 3 for $99 deal that groupon had to offer for laser hair removal. I thought for $99 dollars for three laser hair removal treatments was a steal! And let me tell you it was! My first impression when I walked into the spa was that it was very welcoming, as I walked in I gave my name and the receptionist asked me if I found the place okay and sat me down to fill out forms, I was hesitant that they’d have me fill out a bunch of non-sense paper work but everything was minimal and right to the point. After about five minutes the Consultant Lisa came in and greeted me with another warm welcome and was also very nice. Once we got to talking she explained that it probably would take more then 3 treatments, she then explained to me that I didn’t have to buy any on the spot, but after she explained that it would probably take more I went for it and the per treatment pricing was discounted. To be honest I didn’t want to spend more money but because it made sense to buy the treatments cheaper I went through with it and in hindsight I’m really glad I did, because it did take more than three treatments. She offered to get me treated right away unfortunately I had prior engagements and even as busy as they were they found time to get me in for my treatment the following day. Fast Forward over and over a year later I am about 95% hair free and extremely happy with the results, and would highly recommend Albany Laser Spa to anybody including my family and friends! more

My wife recently purchased a gift card for me to get my full back and shoulders package for Christmas, I went in for my consultation with Lisa earlier this week and had a very good experience. She was very easy going and very easy to talk to. I was sold from the beginning due to what they had to offer that was different from the other laser spas in the area. She gave me a great deal and even offered me an additional discount on the spot which made it sweeter as well as the two year guarantee that no other laser spa in the area does! As I left the consultation she informed me that I could get in for my first treatment that day which i was also very happy about, due to my work schedule. The technician that I had was full of knowledge and explained to me each step as she was treating me and knew alot about the laser itself which made me at ease, the treatment took a little over a hour but was very satisfying because even after i had no irritation or razor burn that i usually get from shaving! When we went to schedule my next appointment, they said it would be every eight weeks and that Thursday nights they are open till 8pm and they are also open on Saturdays which again was great due to the fact i'm from out of town and my work schedule fluctuates. All in all my experience at the Albany Laser Spa was amazing and I have recommended it to many of my friends as well as family! more
