I love this place! I have struggled with embarrassing facial hair for as long as I can remember. I finally got enough courage to call, and the girl who answered the phone was sweet and so helpful, and told me not to be embarrassed because they could help me. When I went in for the consultation Megan was so nice and explained the whole process to me. I am now on my 4th laser treatment, and what a difference! I can hardly notice the hair anymore, and I'm not afraid to get close to people when I talk. Thank you Albany Laser Spa for my new found confidence!
