My son recently had a radio installed in his car. He couldn't pick it up when it was done because he was busy, so he asked that if I could pick it up for him. When I get there the car is outside with the sunroof open. No one is in the store. The young man behind the counter tells me he couldn't install the speakers cause they were too big and so it would be only $500 for the radio, I ask if I could take a look and he seemed like it was a bother to him. Then he tells me that the video system in the radio isn't working because the radio (we did provide it) was missing a wire. I next told him that I don't know if I should pay for the work (my next words were gonna be until my son approves it) but he cut me off and yelled at me stating that if I don't pay that he'll tear the radio off the car. After an unnecessary confrontation, I paid him for the services provided and left my son to deal with the company ... Don't know if it will ever get fixed but those were the most painful $500 I ever turned over. Horrible experience. If the radio's DVD system gets fixed I will update this rating somewhat ..
