I brought my Honda in to replace the broken factory CD/Radio. I was sold an Alpine, with an iPod cable. It works OK, sounds good. $418.78 installed. Seemed a little pricey--but I just needed it done before a long work trip out of town.\r
The installer broke my heater temperature control knob. When I got back to town I went back. This installer made the control work better, but finished snapping off he contoller. He handed me a sheet metal screw to use and suggested I go to a junk yard for the part Al & Eds broke. \r
The first installer also smeared black sealant all over the airbag cover on my steering wheel. Why was he even messing around with that? I'm wondering if my airbag is still inside. \r
Bottom line: I paid a premium for service. Instead they broke my heating control and shrugged it off. It's been a couple of months, it's an old car, I was incredibly busy that month so I didn't follow through with complaining. I don't recommend this place at all.
