NEGLIGENCE! Al & Ed's on Walnut in Pasadena installed an Escort radar detector in my Carrera. It was a $2,000 job. You'd think for that money I'd get great service & good work done? NO! First the installer put a big deep scratch in my bumper. Then the install was so poor that a cable dangled loose from the undercarrage & broke (they said I "hit a bump"--pleeease). It took almost a month to get the part replaced. According to Joe the owner/opperator the part he "described" to the distributor was incorrectly replaced. Then with NO responses I waited another 2 weeks. And nothing! I got so frustrated by Joe's lack of attention & care, I personally called the President/CEO of Escort & the next day the part was shipped. My car sat in the body shop for 29 days waiting for a simple part that if Joe really cared could've gotten resolved with his supposed resources. In today's economy with so much competition, there are BETTER shops to get good clean work done. Joke!
