I have been very pleased with the service we have received from Pearce. We purchased a home with an older system that was installed and maintained by Pearce. We've had several instances when the system had trouble. Each time we've called Pearce, they've had someone come out that day. While our older system needs to be replaced pretty soon, we want it to last a little longer, and Pearce has been great to keep it going for us...they've also given us estimates for a new system, but no pressure to move faster than we want to.
