My Frigidaire refrigerator recently stopped making ice. It's an old fridge but I want to hold on to it for the next couple of years. So I decided to repair. There were so many appliance repair companies out there when I googled it... What helped me to pick one was a recommendation of my dear friend who had previously tried a few companies in the area. He spoke highly of Airflow technicians and customer service and it sealed the deal for me. I was not surprised at all when my fridge was fixed that same day I called. Even though it was late evening repair the technician was cheerful and professional in how he handled the service. The ice maker was changed and tested, the parts warranty and labor guarantee explained just the way I expected. Airflow delivered on their promise of excellent customer care and standard parts being carried in stock for the same day service. I'm glad my friend had recommended them. more

My Fisher and Paykel dishwasher was really dirty so I tried to clean it myself. I took some things apart and then it stopped draining all together. I called Airflow Appliance Repair and they were able to give me a same day appointment. They found a piece of glass stuck in the pump, and then cleaned up the pump for me. They were very honest when they told me I didn?t need any new parts but that my machine just had to be put together correctly again. The tech Michael was great. Would recommend them to all. more

I had a problem with my GE profile fridge. The light in the fridge went out, and I was afraid that it was caused by some big electrical problem within the fridge. The repairman, Max, came and was really honest and told me it?s a small problem and there?s no reason to replace any major parts or anything like that. I really don?t know ANYTHING about repairs, and I was really happy that he didn?t take advantage of me. This is a really great service to use if you live in Los Angeles area. more

My Subzero fridge started beeping with a picture of a blinking wrench and a blinking square with wavy lines. ""Service soon"" was the only help I got from the manual. Airflow mechanic cleaned condenser and added freon. It was the same day fix. $169. My wife's happiness - priceless. more

The milk in my Whirlpool fridge was spoiling in a 2-3 days time. I tried to adjust the temp control to set it to the lowest temperature possible but it didn't help. I called Airflow Appliance Repair to take a look at it. The mechanic that came over replaced worn out damper control. He also cleaned the dust and lint under the fridge (I have two dogs and never have time). He told me it's necessary to do every now and then to make the refrigerator work more efficiently and showed me how. I paid $185 for the repair and could not have been happier with the result. more

These guys are criminals! They charged me to service my barbecue (way too much), they did not know what they were doing, the tech had to return 3 times and they wanted me to pay claiming that their service was not under warranty although it said that on the invoice. The technician made a mess of an unknown substance in my driveway that I have had a hard time removing. Would not recommend them at all. Cons: everyone you can imagine more

Tech spent 4 days and over 18 hours trying to fix our AC. I brought in a new company and they fixed it in 1 hour! I continually throughout the 4 days called to speak with the manager, and was greeted by rude receptionists, and the manager never returned phone calls until the end of the day. They continued to send the same tech who did not know what was going on, and denied my requests for a new tech, or additional techs. In the end the AC was not fixed, yet I was still charged a parts fee and service fee. This company never made any attempt to make better what they did wrong. Cons: All more
