Nothing got fixed 12/27/2013

The gentleman Aire Serv of Orange County sent was very pleasant but I heard him talking to someone on the phone as he worked. He was very young and wasn't able to figure out things on his own so I feel like I wasted my money. I had someone fix the downstairs A/C at no charge and the upstairs A/C for a fraction of the price Aire Serv wanted. We tried them for the first time after hearing about the special on the heater tune-up. We are very happy with the service Nick provided for us. He was prompt, thorough, and even went above & beyond by cleaning our old filter for us. We are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a great service. more

Everything with Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning of Orange County has been great. We use them for our business, and we've been very happy with their services. We had an incident last month when our air conditioner was not working properly. We called them up, and they responded immediately. They sent someone to fix it right away. The technician who came to help was excellent. He was well educated, and we would recommend him specifically if we could. He figured out that the filters were not changed and that there was ice building up. After he fixed it, the air conditioner worked perfectly again. Air Serv is very reliable. We will continue using them. more

Knowledgeable technician. 9/16/2013

This was my first time using Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning of Orange County. The tech was very knowledgeable though the front office was a bit scatterbrained. Mr. Rooter, who is their sister company, recommended that I use them, so I did and I liked them. The only thing is I'm still waiting for a receipt of service. He said it would be emailed to me. They emailed a thank you, but no receipt. I'm still waiting for that. I have told a lot of people about them and given out their business cards so hopefully they'll hear from some of those people soon. I will definitely use them again because I'd like to set up a contract for heat and air service. more
