The gentleman Aire Serv of Orange County sent was very pleasant but I heard him talking to someone on the phone as he worked. He was very young and wasn't able to figure out things on his own so I feel like I wasted my money. I had someone fix the downstairs A/C at no charge and the upstairs A/C for a fraction of the price Aire Serv wanted.
Like I said, they were all pleasant people but I got charged when nothing got fixed.
