We called Air-right for help with our water heater. Gary N came out promptly the next morning. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The fix was simple, so Gary offered to reduce the service charge for his visit which we really appreciated. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and will definitely use this company again in the future. more

Rick understood the problem very well when I called around 4Pm and mentioned that he could send someone as early as the next morning. Michael visited our house to check the problem with the water heater and he/Rick are one of those people who first would like to troubleshoot/fix the problem rather than blindly saying that let's replace the component or the whole thing. Michael was very professional/took care of the house by wearing shoe covers and cleaned up the floor every time something fell on it. He took not more than an hour to fix the problem and helped us getting the hot water which we didn't have for 3 days. Bottom line- Air-Right Energy is a silent winner in the society where lot of companies boast /charge tons for their own advertising. On top of that, they are not commercial but they are on the customer side to provide a win-win situation. Customers can live happily without going bankrupt if they find service providers like you in the society we live in. Kudos to Rick/Michael. New customer. Technician was Mike H. Inspected my A.C. unit and provided detailed results to me. He was professional very helpful and explained the services of the company including the load management program. Discussed other issues like my hot water heater and he took the time to provide me with some advice. Mike H. was patient, understanding, and easy to work with. Similar good experience in dealing with the office staff in making an appointment. Will do more business with this company. Look forward to working with Mike H. in the future. Air-Right sent Mike to my house within two hours after I called about a problem with my water heating system that Air-Right had installed earlier this year. Mike diagnosed the reason for the problem right away and had it corrected in practically no time at all. Mike was very personable, patiently answered all of my questions, and was more than willing to clearly explain to me how to prevent and possibly correct the problem myself in the future. This was an excellent showing of Air-Right's support for their product that gave me confidence in the quality of their technicians. more

Wasn't expecting everything to get done so soon after we made the call, but they scheduled service for that afternoon and Mike C. showed up on time and was very helpful in explaining the problem with the water heater and the work he was doing while repairing it. Great service! more

After a quick review of the water heater condition it was determined that the Water pressure in the house was way to high... The excessive water pressure was causing the pressure release valve to release water intermittently. Unable to regulate the pressure in the house with the existing Regulator valve, It was determined a new Regulator was needed. After approx 2 hrs the problem was solved.. New regulator installed and pressure in the house was reduced to 65lbs.. Water Heater AOK! more

Mike C. is a very courteous and competent technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem & fixed an old existing gas water heater. When we decided to replace the water heater, he arrived on time with all parts and pieces, and worked diligently and professionally until the job was complete. He explained what was required to meet current code standards and what he needed to do to complete the installation. His work was neat and he cleaned up the area when he was finished. All phone conversations with company reps were conducted patiently and courteously and I was given competent, helpful advice. Very pleased with Mike C's performance and the entire company team.
