Review content:
After a quick review of the water heater condition it was determined that the Water pressure in the house was way to high... The excessive water pressure was causing the pressure release valve to release water intermittently. Unable to regulate the pressure in the house with the existing Regulator valve, It was determined a new Regulator was needed. After approx 2 hrs the problem was solved.. New regulator installed and pressure in the house was reduced to 65lbs.. Water Heater AOK!
