Rick understood the problem very well when I called around 4Pm and mentioned that he could send someone as early as the next morning.
Michael visited our house to check the problem with the water heater and he/Rick are one of those people who first would like to troubleshoot/fix the problem rather than blindly saying that let's replace the component or the whole thing. Michael was very professional/took care of the house by wearing shoe covers and cleaned up the floor every time something fell on it. He took not more than an hour to fix the problem and helped us getting the hot water which we didn't have for 3 days.
Bottom line- Air-Right Energy is a silent winner in the society where lot of companies boast /charge tons for their own advertising. On top of that, they are not commercial but they are on the customer side to provide a win-win situation. Customers can live happily without going bankrupt if they find service providers like you in the society we live in.
