Ricky B has been the technician out to check on our heating and cooling system twice a year for the past 3 years. He is always polite, professional, there in the time frame we are told to expect him and he even takes the time to explain the readings to us. The office ladies are also awesome; when there wasn't availability for an appointment on our preferred day, we were given an alternate appointment date and put on a standby list in case of cancellations. We got service the day we were hoping for and everyone from AirCon that helped us gave great customer service! more

In October, Technician Will came by my house to perform a diagnostics on my AC unit. Will took his time to thoroughly check the system and he was able to find a leak in the evaporator and filter unit that technicians from another company had not found (I knew I had a leak somewhere since I was losing Freon). Will was very courteous and did a great job of explaining the problem, potential solutions, and my choices. I agreed with Will that I wanted to have the leaking components repaired/replaced and Will scheduled the replacement for me on a day that would work for me in November. Will was very courteous and performed his work in a professional manner. In November, Installers Casey and Chad came to my house to replace the evaporator unit and leaking filter. They took care not to get anything in the house dirty and did an EXCELLENT job of replacing the failed components. Both Casey and Chad worked AND behaved in a very courteous and professional manner. I was very happy with the work that was performed. Prior to the visit in October and November, I received a call informing me of the time range that the technicians and installers were going to arrive....this helped me plan my day accordingly. All appointments were executed ON TIME. Overall, I was very happy with the service provided by AirCon. I would definitely recommend their services to others. Thanks for the great work more

Ricky performed the yearly furnace checkup on our three systems and replaced the blower fan capacitor on the system that was inoperable. He was exceptionally professional, polite, friendly, and thorough, and patiently responded to questions that we had. Also, he was careful to wear the protective shoe covers at all times while in the house. He had been well informed regarding the our blower fan problem and was able to start work immediately without our having to explain the problem. We were completely satisfied, and have no suggestions for improvement. more

This company knows how to keep their customers. I received an email and call announcing the technician. When he arrived he put on shoe covers (flooding outside) and went to work.
