Bought a new gas unit from them in August. These guys were 100% professional all the way through. Recently they came out and did my fall inspection and fired up the heat for me. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family should the need arise. Highly recommend them. more

Last summer the mother board on the heat pump went out, they tried to charge my mother a thousand dollars. I pulled the contract & it was 10 years parts & labor. No problem there. They came out for the yearly maintenance check on 10/31 and there was a part that was bad(so they said) and charged my 78 year old mother 286 dollars and she gave them a check. It cleared that day. I called them that evening & tell them it was a parts & labor warranty. The guy said they would return the money the next day. Here it is 2 weeks later, the part not replaced & money not returned. I am going to call an attorney tomorrow. Everyone should have someone to look after their mother like I do mine...I wish they had a GRRRR button instead of an eh button. I especially dislike the fact they act like women do not know what they are talking about. more

We have gone the entire summer with out suitable air conditioning thanks to the incompetence of these people. They must work cheap, otherwise I see no reason that my landlord keeps these people on, this nightmare has been going on since june. Our home currently feels like an oven. The work that was done failed the state inspection and miserably so. The contractor actually admited he didn't understand the mandatory corrections listed as to what needed to be done. He said he was going to go to Lowe's to figure out what the part was that was needed. Scary? eh? A new air unit was installed without even a glance at a manual and needless to say it does not work as it should. They have come over after much nagging and made bumbling attempts to fix (you can hear them puzzling things out, lost, totally lost), but to no avail. It overheats and emits hot air into our home and you have to manually shut it off, the thermostat does not work. The contractors have blamed everything, the sun, filters, etc. When I moved in this place was cool during the hotest month of the year, it is not outside factors it is their work. This place does have the ability to cool, but not if things are done slapdash and slopped together as they are now. Do not use these people. Horrible service, they don't seem to know what they are doing, they don't show up to appointments not even days but weeks after made, no appologies, no calls, nothing. You have to keep calling and if their ""appointment setter"" is out, you won't be made an appointment at all. Pros: Possibly cheap, you'd have to ask my landlord Cons: they have no idea what they are doing more
