Please be warned: this is not a good company by any means. Under their previous name of Comfort Conditioning, they serviced my family’s home for over fifteen years. Like many others after this last unusually mild and wet winter, our air conditioning system had to be cleaned. Their estimates were outrageous in comparison to others and they suggested replacing things wholesale that other contractors claimed were wholly adequate. Worse, they were rude, unprofessional, and sent a terribly inexperienced technician on two of the last occasions.
Even worse, however, was what I then found out. It turns out that for over a decade, Air Group (or Comfort Conditioning) had indeed not been doing the work we had contracted them to do, namely cleaning the vents among other things. My entire family has been suffering from allergies for roughly that period—many of them new and undoubtedly the products of our ventilation. Air Group simply moved things around; they never did much of anything, in turns out, and they (e.g. different employees) lied about it consistently for over a decade. This is not a case of a bad apple but a rotten orchard.
