Worst

Beware of and avoid at all costs. Doesnt return calls in a timely fashion if ever, and when I called the Texas Department of Licensing, the company is UNLICENSED!

I was SHOCKED..in a good way! 9/25/2011

I called this comp. because my neighbor seemed sure that they were the ones to use. Sure enough, it wasnt 5 mins. after the guy arrived and i was impressed. Shoes were covered, and tech was clean and very educated. I have had my ac worked on by people i wouldnt trust, so im happy to write this for a comp that deserves trust and my money. more

must be warned 1/7/2010

It has been 5 more days and still haven't heard back from Bullock Mechanicals, and still don't know if the parts have been ordered. It is so frustrating that a business would operate this way, especially in Galveston after the residents have suffered so much after Hurricane Ike, and really don't need this extra stress. Pros: I assume the unit is good if it ever worked Cons: poor poor service more

Constanty left messages for 2 weeks to call me back and nobody ever returned any of my calls. Pros: None Cons: Never returns phone calls more

Finally, ""True"" Professional for my AC Problem. 4/4/2009

I have an old system which I know needs to be replaced. Ive been using other companies to fix my unit which seems to break down with a different problem each time. Ive spent alot of money on different parts because I cant afford the new EXPENSIVE, system they all tell me I need. After spending over 800.00 on my last repair, while being ""pushed"" to buy a new unit instead- Its not long after and its broken again with something else. Pros: Able to repair my unit after others said replace Cons: Didnt find them sooner! more
