It has been 5 more days and still haven't heard back from Bullock Mechanicals, and still don't know if the parts have been ordered. It is so frustrating that a business would operate this way, especially in Galveston after the residents have suffered so much after Hurricane Ike, and really don't need this extra stress.
Pros: I assume the unit is good if it ever worked
Cons: poor poor service
