This company called my MIL today looking for a relative of mine. No relation to her. When she told the man this he was absolutely rude and told her to call them. First off, this is an instance of identity theft and it is terrible. Be safe with your identity or you will have this sort of person to deal with. My mother in law is a great person with a very soft spoken, sweet personality and was so upset when she got off the phone. When she told him not to call her anymore that she had no dealings with any of this, he said he wanted her to call her. He said he got her info from a program he just purchased that linked her to the person they were looking for. When she told him she wanted nothing to do with any of it and couldn't help him he told her he was going to continue to call her and bother her until she does what he wants. THIS IS A COMPLETELY INNOCENT PERSON BEING HARASSED !!! I AM FURIOUS!!! The person they are looking for is not hard to find and is doing their best to get everything fixed too!! How ignorant of this man to try to force people to do things he wants them to do!! Act like an idiot and see how many people offer help to you! I am reporting this not only to BBB but to the State, Phone company and every single business, corporation, blog and government intity that I can. I am aslo contacting the news channels out of St. Louis to have Nagis look into it. My family will NOT be harassed!!! Stop this nonsense and act professional and you may get the help you need to do what you need to do. Using bad language and pressure does not intimidate me. It makes me do something about your problem. NOT once did this man act nice up front. Collections doesn't mean you treat people terrible. Try being nice and helpful and see where that goes. I promise it will work better for you. more

This company called and cussed me out....literally. 2/16/2012

My husband and I have paid this company over $700 and we hit a rough time and had to stop payments. Travis Joyce called us today and talked to me like an idiot...it's not like we aren't trying....and when I told him he was rude he yelled at me so I hung up. He called back and called me names, like a b****, and told me to have a good f-ing day. I left messages for supervisors and have heard nothing. They will not get another penny, I will pay an attorney first. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Collectors don't have to be rude to get results. more

THIS COMPANY VIOLATED THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PROCESS 12/21/2009

Today my mother was called at her home which I reside with her. A woman was asking for me but pronounced my name wrong & my mother pronounced it for her. My mother who is an older lady I'm 56 which will give you an idea of her age so she told her that she was my mother but would give me the message. This rep name Aretha started giving her info about the bill who it was owed to, & my mom said at that point she asked this woman if she could give her my personal information to her . This rep went on & gave her the amount owed to who, what date, & then demanded her to tell her when she was going to pay this. Of course my mom contacted me on my cell phone who at that time I talked with that rep and she denied it. I was furious I called to speak with her supervisor who was Martha who said her rep notated it on the account that she spoke with me. I called back & they said this woman was the only one I would be able to talk with since she was the vice president. I'm also filing this with the better business office. I did collections for years & yes calls were taped as well as notes that reps made in case of a descrepancy. So use these people if you feel that you can use tactics like this & see if it bites you back Cons: Violation of fair debt collection process more
