Today my mother was called at her home which I reside with her. A woman was asking for me but pronounced my name wrong & my mother pronounced it for her. My mother who is an older lady I'm 56 which will give you an idea of her age so she told her that she was my mother but would give me the message. This rep name Aretha started giving her info about the bill who it was owed to, & my mom said at that point she asked this woman if she could give her my personal information to her . This rep went on & gave her the amount owed to who, what date, & then demanded her to tell her when she was going to pay this. Of course my mom contacted me on my cell phone who at that time I talked with that rep and she denied it. I was furious I called to speak with her supervisor who was Martha who said her rep notated it on the account that she spoke with me. I called back & they said this woman was the only one I would be able to talk with since she was the vice president. I'm also filing this with the better business office. I did collections for years & yes calls were taped as well as notes that reps made in case of a descrepancy. So use these people if you feel that you can use tactics like this & see if it bites you back
