Great customer service! I bought a new flat screen tv but it didn't have a VGA port! So I wasn't able to hook it up too my PC! But luckily they had a graphics card that solved the problem at a cheap price. They even gave me a FREE Wifi antenna for me tower. THANKS AGILITY COMPUTERS! Your the best more

I took my laptop in for repairs, which took them two weeks to complete. When I got my laptop back all of the sudden the wireless wasn't working at all. I called them and they told me to buy a wireless card. I finally took it to Max Computers on 162 and Halsey and she found that they wireless component was disconnected.. several screws missing, including the screws that hold in the hard drive. Not acceptable. I will never go there again, and strongly recommend AGAINST anyone going there. more

I had taken my computer to 2 other places and been told by both that my data could not be recovered and that I needed a new computer. The tech at Agility recovered my data, including important pics. Then they did an inexpensive upgrade and my computer is running great. Thanks guys. more

I have used these guys for years and they have never let me down. I own 2 of their PC's and a laptop. They are patient with me even though I am a computer idiot. They always explain things in a way that is easy to understand. The prices are always reasonable. I will never go anywhere else!! more

I would never recomend this business to anyone!!They are scammers and do not stand behind what they build or sell.Cheap parts that do not last and then charge to fix there crappy computers without a estimate given.Go elsewhere and give someone else your money because Agility will not be as friendly when you bring your computer to get it fixed. more

Twice I've called thinking that my computer was toast & I needed to bring it in. Both times they solved the problem over the phone with no charge. Someday, my computer will crash & I won't hesitate to take it to them. Pros: Extremely knowledgable more

If you deal in used computer parts, you should know that once it is used and past warranty, depreciation should be at about 45-55%. Agility offers a decent selection of motherboards, processors and replacement items that are neither guaranteed to work or warrantied at RIDICULOUS prices. Take for instance today, I was in need for a standard VGA cable. Not too expensive right? $5 at goodwill, $8 at Newegg (includes shipping), Cheap as hell on ebay, and a mere $6 at freegeek(my personal preference). At Agility...... $14!! WHAT!? I could have gone to BestBuy and gotten that cheaper WHICH SAYS A TON. I would have too, if I wasn't in such a hurry today. They also sell USED case fans for $8 a pop!!! DOUBLE WHAT!!!??? If Agility wants my business ever again (for used parts, NEVER for computer repairs) they better price their used parts according to depreciation rather than NEW MARKET value. Bad Agility, you stink for used parts. Its better to off those used parts quickly than have the pile up and get damaged, then sell non-working junk to your customers with a no return policy. I will never purchace a computer or accessories anywhere but Agility ever again. Justin Miller, the owner, is AWESOME!! He is very friendly and super helpful with any questions or problems. He is honest and I can go to him and explain what I need and know that he will set me up with the perfect product. I don't know much about computers ect. and have felt at other stores they take advantage of me not having the knowledge and try to sell me something more expensive and unnecessary for my needs. I absolutely love being able to just bring my laptop or tower in and getting it back either that day or the next! I recommend to everyone to give Agility a try! You won't be disappointed I promise! I have not found anywhere else in the greater Portland area who can touch the level of pricing and quality of service I have received every time at Agility. They always know what they are talking about and have incredibly aggressive pricing whenever I have bothered to shop around. They have never tried to sell me anything I don't need and have always been able to source parts for my various systems I have brought in. They have always been upfront with any service costs and warned me appropriately whenever I did not listen to their recommendations because I was trying to be cheap. Yes, I have had issues with things they have worked on, but I know as well as anyone should that's the nature of computers, more often than not it is me who creates my service problems. Let's be honest, eventually any Windows based computer is going to have an issue no matter who touches them. The thing to note here is that anytime I have had an issue, I have ALWAYS been taken care of to my satisfaction and sometimes to my surprise. Parts do go bad and every time Agility has stood behind what they have sold me. I have owned many computers from various manufacturers and Agility has always been more than happy to work on any of them unlike some other stores I have been to who have refused to do so for whatever reason. I have brought Agility some pretty messed up and or outdated systems in the past. As easy as it could have been to totally rip me off trying to fix them for hours, they have always done the right thing by recommending other more affordable solutions if it was appropriate. This is something that is invaluable and incredibly hard to find in a service industry my opinion. All things considered, Agility has earned my trust and I will never go anywhere else. I have been to many computer stores in my day. Usually I get an attitude like they know everything and how can I be so stupid. They talk as if I should understand all their techie talk. I am happy to say that I found a place where they know how to explain things to people like me. Tony and Justin were great I would highly recommend them. Had a great experience with Agility. Great friendly Staff, the owner, Justin, is an extremely nice man!! Awesome customer service!!! Had my laptop in and out of there in no time- took it in for a few specific reasons, and got it back in a very timely manner and my bill was very reasonable and inexpensive!!! Did not get any kind of run-around with them. They didn't try to sell me any other services- just did what I was asked and I was an extremely happy person when I got it back!!! It has multiple viruses and would not boot, I brought it to them and they were able to clean it up and save all my data. My computer now is in great condition. Agility saved me. I went in and was told by another local company they could not do anything for me. I brought my computer in to agility and they were able to save all my files and pictures. I went into Agility to see if they had new computer fans for sale. They said they had used, but not new. We found two like the ones in my computer, but one looked like the connector was wrong. The girl who was working at Agility said we could bring it back if it didn't work. Well, it didn't work, and I attempted to take it back. A guy was working there when I went in. He was really snotty and said used parts couldn't be returned. I explained what the girl told us, and he couldn't have cared less. He told me no one in the area takes used parts back. I didn't go to anyone else in the area - I went to Agility Computers. I won't ever step foot in their business again. When I looked around the web to find sites to review them, I found other people who'd written bad reviews on them. I guess I could have saved myself some trouble by reading reviews first, but who reads reviews before purchasing $5 items? Considering how lousy they were about a $5 product, I shudder to think what they would do if they got a couple hundred dollars out of someone.
