Robert came to my house on 10/9 for my Fall check up. He did an excellent, thorough job. I have done business with Agee's since 2002. At that time, they installed Lennox units for air conditioning and heating. My utility bills went down markedly at that time compared to the old units. I have always had them Fall and Spring and been very pleased with the service. more

Zack G. was here to conduct the fall maintenance of our furnace. He was very polite and conducted himself in a professional manner. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would possibly take to complete. Agee's installed our system when we had the home built and they have maintained it in great working condition for us all this time. All of their employees are great. more

I have been using Agee's Service Co Inc. for about ten to fifteen years. Their service is such a great value. I have a home warranty, so sometimes those guys will come out to assess my home, but Agee's is the only one I would trust to do actual work on my home. They always do really good work. They are clean, and clean up after themselves. They wear the protective booties on their shoes, too. I have the same technician come out each time, and I love when he comes over! He always takes at least an hour to make sure things are done right. He rechecks whatever the home warranty people check and goes through everything with a fine tooth comb. He lets me know when something is broken or about to break, or if everything is just fine. Whatever mess he makes working with air ducts and whatnot, he cleans it all up. The company is excellent at responding to my needs right away, even on the holidays. I once had an emergency on New Year's Eve. They came late that evening and stayed until 1:30 in the morning! They are willing to fix the problem for as long as it takes to make sure it gets done right. I have never had any issues with them over the many years I have used them. I would absolutely recommend them. more

Whatever you do, go with another company. This company and the part owner Jeff are unprofessional and rude. They are one of the biggest price gouging companies in the San Antonio area. Take my advice and DO NOT USE THEM!!! more

Kelly Smothers was professional and polite during our seasonal maintenance check. He gave us positive feedback on the attic insulation recently applied. He was careful walking through our house and yard during the AC check. He paid attention to the details and assured us the new AC was working fine. more

I've come to expect excellent service from Agee's having dealt with them for many years. From sales to service to maintenance, every person that has come to my home has been a professional. Today Zach G. came to my home for my bi-yearly inspection. As usual the service was exceptional. Going above and beyond to answer my endless questions, respecting my home, property and belongings, and taking his time to do a complete job even cleaning up after. I could not ask for more. Agee's is the only company I would use for my A/C-Heating unit care. Thank you! more

Don't get suckered in by their nice phone manners. Charge a small fortune to replace an a/c then they leave my house in shambles. Damaging walls, not completing work, leaving dirty handprints all over the walls, and dirt, parts all over the floor & lawn. Had the nerve to smoke on my property, without permission, leaving cigarette butts scattered about the yard. Broke lawn decor, left parts all over the lawn. Installation was subpar to say the least, left gaping holes where the new a/c didn't fit exactly where the old one was, used huge black screws to reattach a white wall panel. The unprofessional installation is appalling & sickens me every time I walk in the door and see the destruction they left behind. more

Called Agee's to fix AC water overflow, our five year old Carrier was working great until they replaced a capacitor which the technician claimed would be "going out" soon......On the system diagnostics he reported the system was not cooling and outside unit was dirty (it was cleaned six weeks prior) after he finished "fixing the problem" the system ran continuously and started blowing out hot air. I will not use this company again. RESPONSE FROM Agee's Service Co Inc: When Agee's arrived at the home, we cleared the drain line, cleaned and adjusted the blower. We also recommended a dual capacitor as it was showing signs of weakness and a start assist kit to help extend the life of the compressor. The client accepted both of these recommendations and also signed up for our maintenance plan to have regular scheduled maintenance done on the system. When we returned, we found the air filter very dirty and we obviously missed this on the first call. We deeply regret the mistake and are sorry that the Angell's have decided to use another service company in the future. We are sending a refund check for the full amount of the maintenance agreement. more

I CAME HOME FROM A TRIP AND MY HOUSE WAS SITTING AT 90 DEGREES. I CALLED AGEE'S AT 5:30PM AND THEY ARRIVED BY 6:15 AND WITHIN AN HOUR THE SYSTEM WAS UP AND RUNNING.EVERYTHING WAS UNDER WARRENTY SO THE $00.00 BILL GAVE ME A REASON TO SMILE. THANKS AGEE'S more

It was time to replace my 14 year old AC unit so I called Agee's since they installed the old unit. They had done all of the repairs and tune ups and always provided excellent, courteous service. Kelly gave me great options for the new unit and never pressured me to buy more than I needed. Leo and his crew installed the unit with little distruption to my day. Great job Agee's! more

I wanted to tell everyone how wonderful Agee is. And, why you should at least talk to them if you need any AC/Heating work done. Over the years they have always worked on our system. But we started having issues with our AC late last summer. We started to collect estimates for replacement and maybe an additional unit. We collected 3 estimates; the reason why we choose Agee was strictly due to the fact they gave us options. Everyone else said this was the only way and this is how much it was going to cost. One even said we had to start all over and trash a 3 year old furnace we had installed in 2009 and there was nothing wrong with it. The Agee estimator came back with 3 different options that addressed all the concerns with 3 different price breaks. He very patiently explained how each choice would address our concerns and helped us prioritize our needs. The installers were amazing; they spent 2 days in our hot attic. They were neat, polite and very quick. We selected the option for zoning our house and redoing the existing duct work. They also had to install 2 more return air ducts and they didnt really make that much of a mess. I can now clean my kitchen and wash my dishes and not sweat through the whole process. More importantly, my husband stopped snoring! Yes ladies, you read correctly. They removed the old duct work and replaced the existing runs with bigger diameter runs. The very first night we had a full system up and running, using the AC, my husband did not snore. We could not believe it; I did not have to leave the room in the middle of the night. Im thinking we had a mold problem and didnt realize it. The existing duct work was over 20 years old and we never had it cleaned. Going forward, we will have Agee come our out every other year and clean the duct work. more

2 years ago, after Agee's replaced the 2 ton and 5 ton A/C and heating units in my home, my electric and gas usage was cut in half; and the house was cooler during the summer and warmer during the winter. With the CPS credit, I didn't have to pay any electric bills for 9 months. Everyone on the Agee's team were SUPER and OUTSTANDING! more

Wow! I had a routine heating maintenance/check performed this evening, and I was truly impressed! Your technician, Bill Hagan, was extremely courteous and professional. He provided me with outstanding service from the time he walked in my home (with a smile and a handshake)to the time he left (another smile and a handshake). Bill thoroughly explained all the items he was checking and also identified those items to watch for with my system. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Agees service technician, Bill Hagan, did a wonderful job checking my heat pump. He took his time and provided a complete analysis of my system. He answered all my questions and provided a written system diagnostics that included what the rated levels are for my system, the actual readings, and recommendations. Before I went to work I called Agee's and requested same day service, please!! When I returned home from work a technician was parked in front of my house exactly on time. He found the problem, a new digital thermostat was needed. He had one on the truck, he programed and explained it to me. He was completely finished and things were cool again within an hour.
