Don't get suckered in by their nice phone manners. Charge a small fortune to replace an a/c then they leave my house in shambles. Damaging walls, not completing work, leaving dirty handprints all over the walls, and dirt, parts all over the floor & lawn. Had the nerve to smoke on my property, without permission, leaving cigarette butts scattered about the yard. Broke lawn decor, left parts all over the lawn. Installation was subpar to say the least, left gaping holes where the new a/c didn't fit exactly where the old one was, used huge black screws to reattach a white wall panel. The unprofessional installation is appalling & sickens me every time I walk in the door and see the destruction they left behind.
