Agave Bar & Grill

The Agave is honestly the absolute best place for lunch OR dinner! The hours are great, and the kitchen is open all night, which came in handy when my friends and I would have a late night at work! The drink specials are DYNAMITE and the waitstaff, host staff and bartenders are all extremely attentive and helpful! The quality and pricing of everything they serve is great, along with the wine selection (haha)! The owners even greet us and talk with us while we are in the restaurant! It's a very warm and weloming atmosphere for families with children, college age, and even senior citizens! With something going on just about every night, from Karaoke, Acoustic Shows, to full band Texas Country Superstars playing in the club you can find something that will make your night complete! We go out there probably no less than 3 times a week, and when the owner speaks of memories....BOY do we have some great ones! \r \r Another great thing about The Agave is that you can reserve one of their private rooms if you have a birthday, bachelorette party, anniversary or WHATEVER! The cool thing about it is if you have a special occasion, they throw in the bells and whistles like balloons and specialized menus! more

I disagree with this review. The service is great!! How I know. I am there each night as the owner. I feel we do a great job with both customer service and quality. Yesterday my husband , neice and I go to eat dinner. The waitress comes and takes our order and brings the drinks. When my husband needs a refill she says she is going to go and get it, and then doesn't. A while latter she does this again and cracks a joke about not getting him one earlier. I slurp loudly hoping she'll hear as she rarely walked by.\r \r My husband order a burger no peppers, and they get it wrong. Then they bring out a burger no veggies as all. They never did get the order right!\r \r When we go to pay my husband goes to hand the lady his card and she seriously asks him what he is doing. She charged out card three times! Got our order mixedup with the gentelman to our left. She never told us that she charged the card 3 times. We leave and go to check our account and there are 3 charges. When we go back up there we are promised the charges were voided. I asked how we were suppose to know this since no one bothered telling us. The manager on duty actually told me she knew about it! How can you know this and not tell your customer. The manager acted as if we were crazy for being so upset. The amount is still on hold with my bank and the restaraunt never sent anything to the bank asking them to void the other transactions. They didn't even bother to comp our meal. Don't eat there! more
