Wow, what a great experience I had buying my 2013 Kia Optima from the great folks at Carriage. Somebody has done a wonderful job teaching the entire staff there about customer service. From the time I walked through the door I was greeted like a family member and that didn't stop even when Chelsea delivered my new car to me with an amazing explanation of this incredible car's many features. My salesman, Jeremy, was never pushy and made sure he found just the right vehicle for my budget and tastes. When I went back in today to drop off a spare key for my trade (which I was given a very fair dollar amount for) I was greeted by name by some of the staff that helped me when I bought my car. Very refreshing, and unexpected, to say the least. I've bought many, many cars and I'd have to say this was, by far, the easiest, most pleasurable experience I have had yet. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the car I chose is amazing for what I paid for it; extremely stylish, comfortable and sporty. I have had cars that I paid much more money for to get the features that this one has. Dual sunroofs, beautiful leather, heated and cooled front seats, heated rear seats, premium eight speaker Infinity sound system, incredibly tech savvy NUVO system, dual zone climate control, the list goes on; amazing car. You cannot go wrong giving Carriage your hard earned business and I plan on telling my friends and family to seriously consider these folks for their next vehicle purchase.
