After hearing about her new Kia from Lisa W, my husband and I went to Kia for their Falconfest and ended up buying two cars. Jeremy couldn't have been nicer - he even stayed until 11:00 pm to finish the paperwork, and came in the next day on his day off to help deliver the car. We couldn't have asked for better service, and were very impressed with the customer service. more

I picked up my 2013 Kia Soul during their Falconfest celebration and brought my whole family along. My daughters loved interacting with Freddie the Falcon while the wife and I took care of paperwork and going over the cars features. It was a great time for a GREAT car. I purchased a Kia Sorento from Carriage over the weekend. My experience was wonderful. I was extremely happy with the service and my salesperson Michael Paglianti was a delight to work with. The atmosphere was relaxed but very professional. It was worth the trip (1 hour drive). more

Just bought a 2012 Sportage from Megan Walker at Carriage Kia. Megan was a great salesperson, very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and the delership seemed very nice. The whole purchase process was quick and painless. I like the fact that the salesperson handles the entire transaction, they don't' ship you off to a finance department in the bowels of the building. I will definitely recommend them to friends. more

Kia Sorento 3/30/2010

My huband and I recently purchased a Kia Sorento at Carriage Kia. Laura was our sales person, she was great. At the purchasing part of the day another salesman came over and wanted to take over the sale because Laura had only been there a month but that didnt fly with my husband. Laura continued on and done a wonderful job and we are really enjoying the new 2011 Sorento. I would do this all over again. Pros: Very nice salesweomen Cons: male salesman tried to step in and take over the sale. more
