I bought my Kia Optima in April 2012 at Carriage Kia. Usually by now I would be bored with a new car, but I still love my Optima. I love the look and the gas mileage. Jaime in the service center is great. Instead of dismissing my concerns she really listens and I appreciate that.\r It is a drive for me to come to Gainesville for service and to buy the car there, but the price and service just can't be beat. Thank you! more

I have been doing business with Carriage Kia for six months now. They have been great - from the initial sale on through my service appointments. Last Friday I had an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in 35 minutes! They keep their appointments and work quickly! They are just a pleasure to work with. more

I LOVEEEEEEEEE Carriage Kia @ 2815 Browns Bridge Rd, Gainesville, GA. I had the best experience buying a car EVER!! Robert is the best and he is so nice. I am pregnant and he made me feel so valued. He was very patient and worked hard to get a deal just for me. While I waited he made sure I was not hungry or thirsty and just catered to my every need. This is the best business ever. I recommend EVERYONE to go get a car today no matter if you have bad credit or in my case NO credit they will find something just for you! more

Tyler is the sales guy I worked with. I use the term sales guy loosely. He is more of a consultant. There was no pressure, no ""closing techniques"" used and none of that typical car guy speak that I have come to expect every time I visit a car dealership. If you find time to go to Carriage Kia, say Hi to Tyler and you will understand better what I mean more

I took my wifes sorento in for maintenance last week, and i saw the 2013 Optima SXL, she was sweet! So i called megan on the phone and asked her to go for a test drive. She was great as is all of the staff at Carriage Kia. Megan answered all my questions and helped me with the negotiatios and financing. I have told everyone to go to Carriage Kia and check it out. Thanks again for another great experience Megan. My wife is already talking about trading her sorento for a 2014 when they come out. more
