We fell victim to the infamous "after hours/weekend" scourge. 1/25/2017

Our water heater failed to light on Friday morning. A quick call to Affordable resulted in service on either Friday night or Saturday morning. Had we known that the Friday night would only yield an estimate and another appointment on Saturday, we would have waited until Saturday. Since the current H2O heater was 8 yrs old we opted for replacement, even knowing that the total cost would be at least 2 1/2 times retail. The installer was professional and efficient. His only misstep was not setting the heater back enough to clear an air cleaner for the furnace - which he corrected. The city inspector noted a strap to hold the vent flue needed to be installed - no word yet from Affordable to do that. I also noticed that a clamp holding the hot water pipe to the cold air return had been broken and the pipe is hanging loose. more

The workmanship looks poor. 1/23/2017

The work was completed OK but the workmanship looks poor. The water trap was small hence drain pipes had to be pulled to the trap out of alignment . Just did not look professional. Nevertheless, the drain is working but I am a bit concerned that the pipes may pull apart in time. more

Affordable Plumbing came the same day I called for their help. My kitchen sink was clogged and I had family visiting from out-of-state. Their quick response and repair was appreciated. Excellent Service 1/22/2017

I have had Affordable Plumbing and Heat out to my house several times for service on my plumbing. They are customer oriented and I can get an appointment quickly. Their plumbers are experienced and their work is top notch. I have never had to call them back for work performed. I believe their prices are fair and I trust them to do a good job. Very Timely excellent Service 1/21/2017

Called to clear a grease-clogged drain. Plumber used booties to keep the floor clean. He had the proper equipment and knowledge to perform the job. He also recommended preventive maintenance to keep the drain from clogging in the future. more

Toilet back up in basement 1/21/2017

Frankie came out to our house this morning and did a wonderful job. He was very nice, professional, and knew his stuff. He did a wonderful job and have great explanations for everything going on and for any future work we may need. We will most certainly call him and the company for any future needs.
