I would like to send kudos to Anna, Katie, Kurt, and Ed. I called for an appointment on Monday morning and spoke with Anna. It was 6:30am and before I had any coffee. Anna was very kind and patient with me and sensed my urgency and sleepy attitude. She said I was first on the list for an appointment, and a technician, Kurt, was at my home by 8:00am. Kurt was extremely professional and knowledgeable, but most importantly, I appreciated his integrity and work ethic. Not only did Kurt perform the task at hand, but also he answered my additional plumbing concerns throughout my home and explained situations in detail that I could understand. He provided a quote, which was not a cent different when the work was complete. Meanwhile, I needed additional service that was not originally planned and Kurt called dispatch to help schedule a second appointment. I spoke with Katie and anticipated it would be a few days to get another appointment. She was very sensitive to the fact that I did not want to miss time from work and immediately accommodated me. She said Kurt would be joined by Ed to get the next job done. Both Kurt and Ed, who was still recovering from surgery, were at my home within 30 minutes and completed the second job. They were both even very nice and friendly to my dog! I want to express that good customer service is most often difficult to find. Superb, excellent customer service is almost non-existent. My expectations were exceeded and I am a very happy customer, who would not hesitate to provide referrals and offer recommendations. Thank you!
