I have been bringing my car to Crebassa for various repairs over the years, and have never been disappointed. They are about as professional as you can get, they stand behind their work with pride, they are very easy to deal with. They follow up, keep you updated, answer all questions,etc. I have been impressed with every person I have ever dealt with there - Stacey, John, Will, Marco, Tom, they are all great. As an example on one occasion after a repair there was a slight window rattle that popped up and John Crebassa worked with me over a period of visits to eventually solve it. I could picture other shops not wanting to deal with it, but John never made me feel bad about wanting that slight rattle fixed and he took personal satisfaction in fixing it. I would refer anyone to this shop and it continues to be my go to body shop.
