I highly recommend Jennifer Martin for a spa treatment and chemical peel are wonderful !! She was amazing and great persoonality too !! When you feel like your face is breaking out due to stress from your job or the holidays. It's time to have some "me" time and take a little time out of your schedule to be pampered. This is a great place to go. I loved the calm music and so relaxed with the massage and also found quick results with 24-48 hrs. This is a great place to go and very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this to anyone !! more

I'm not from the Rockwall area, but my husband and I were looking for a little get away from our everyday hustle and bustle with the kids and we found the reviews on line for Affinity. We called and booked a mini spa day for the two of us to each get a facial and massage. Rene did the massage and Tonya did the facial. The services were wonderful and high quality. I preferred the massage but my husband preferred the facial. We had a wonderful time and in between the services they gave us time to greet each other and have a small snack. The ladies stayed late on a Saturday to serve us and did not rush us out the door. I was so impressed with the services and the hospitality that I feel like I owe them the courtesy of adding a review to their list. Thank you ladies for everything and I will be in soon to try out your hair services as well. more

Good: Easy to communicate and book. Price was $$, very clean, and I loved the unique and soothing music, had some wonderful hot pear tea. The most relaxing day from head to toe in a comfy robe and slippers, I was served a wonderful salad and desert . I had great conversation as well with my pedicure. I was really relaxed and well pampered. It was not busy until I was leaving, so I felt like myself and a few others were absolutely catered to.I did go on a Friday not Saturday.. Bad: Slight smell of cigar smoke, which was from another store back behind one wall, they said it was only like that after a party or event the night before at the cigar shop. It did slowly go away as day went on, but some may find it slightly offensive, I would ask about this before I booked if you are sensitive to smoke, I am not.. Improvements: I would like to see them get their wet room with sauna, I would like to do a salt glow soon.. Other: I did get a chance to speak with Lisa, one of the owners and was happy to hear of new places going into some of the empty spaces next door, as I would have liked a new pair of shoes and maybe a shirt or two, and it was just not to be had for us 40+ in that area. I was happy about the cost vs quality. I got much more for my $$ at this Salon/Spa. I can afford to spend my time and money here and not blow my budget. I hope this place has much success.. more

I had an appointment with Tonya on Wednesday, March 10 to get my hair cut and colored. She had to change the appointment to Thursday, which was not that big of a deal. After she got halfway through my color, she made another appointment for a cut DURING my appointment. I was not happy about that. I told her I did not like the cut and color when I left, she said give it three days. I washed it and dried it this morning, and I do not know what to do with it. She did NOT match the color, which I asked her to do AND the cut was shorter than I wanted. I said I wanted to keep the length, she cut at least 2-3 inches. I don't know what to do with it. Now I have to wait until my hair grows out AGAIN. I am VERY unhappy and will not be returning. I am just not happy and my hair, which I always have thought was a great, beautiful part of me, is a mess and there is no way to fix it! My story will be posted on other sights. more

Lisa is the best. She takes the time to ensure a spectacular salon experience and listens carefully to how you want your hair done. There's no second guessing her work. She is truly a professional when it comes to hair and I would highly recommend her. more

Good: staff, atmosphere, view, services, everything. Bad: parking?. Other: I had took my mother with me for a mini spa day at Affinity. The staff was fabulous and i loved the feeling of being there. I had my hair colored and cut by Tonya and it turned out PERFECT. My mom received a hot stone massage and a facial from Treena and she said it was the best 2 1/2 hours of her life. They truly made up feel special. I cannot wait to bring my daughters in with me for their Christmas gifts. Thank you ladies!. more

Good: Nothing, total ripoff. Rude staff.. Bad: Elle Goddard razored my hair off after I told her I did not want layers. It is the worst haircut I have had in in life. Lisa suggested I come in to get fusions to fill my hair back in. So, $308.00 for the fusions, $85.00 for tip, $65.00 for butchered haircut, and my hair looks worse than when I first came in. Lisa was rude when I told her my hair still looks bad, she said I can come in and get the fusions removed but I better return the "free products" that are worth around $20 that I won't use anyway.. Improvements: This Salon should be shut down. I'm out over $400 for hair that looks like crap and I also spent several hours of my weekend there. You can get a better haircut at Supercuts for $20.00 and be out in one hour. If Supercuts isn't your thing, Heath hair is very good.. Other: I think the Salon staff put the "good" comments out here because I can't believe I am the only one that got a butcher job at this place.. more

My husband and I had a couples massage. He had never had a professional massage before so I decided to join him to help him relax. I did explain this to the staff. Truly, every one was extremely personable and made him feel at ease. The beds were in adjoining rooms, too, so that was extremely nice since it was our anniversary. My massage was the best massage I've had in years! I truly appreciate the attentiveness of the staff as well as the great hands of my therapist. I look forward going back more often! The price is very reasonable. I must say, I was quite impressed with this place. It's not far from Hilton on The Harbor either. more

I have been twice now to have my hair cut by Clara. She has done an amazing job and I am so pleased with my style. I reccomend Clara and Affinity to anyone. more

I just got home form an amazing experience at Affinity salon. Tonya Crump is a master stylist and did an amazing job I am the best blonde I have ever been. She has completely transformed me I have never felt so good and confident about myself. I HIGHLY recommend your next visit for cut and color be with Tonya she dose an amazing blow dry too!!!! more

I was visiting The Hilton hotel for a weekend with my girlfriends. We were all wanting a girls day and we were referred to Affinity Salon and Spa for our massages. I was blown away with the massage i received from Hailey. She knew exactly were my trouble spots were and relieved my pains. SHE IS AMAZING!!!! and unlike most massages i receive, the next day i didn't have the normal pains that make me regret my massage!! Thank you so much Hailey!! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that asks!!!! more

Thank you: I was given a spa gift certificate from a friend after a difficult time in my life. I can't tell you how special those girls made me feel. It was so nice to be taken away -for just a moment, and feel complete relaxation, peace, and kindness during my treatments. I left feeling better about myself and life. I love this spa! If you are tired, stressed or just feel like getting spoiled, you should seriously consider going there. The staff is great - I had a combination package that included a choice of one of their massage treatments, hot stones being my favorite. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking at buying a loved one a gift. more

Went in for a 4 hour day of spa and beauty. Was the best. I felt and was treated amazing. This was the best gift my husband has ever given on the side of thoughtful, it rated the #1. I just had the most wonderful experience, and brunch was delightful! more

Went to Affinity this last week and I had a manicure and pedicure it was very relaxing and enjoyable. The service through out was so with it. The atmosphere was unlike most places. I am going back for my color next week and I am really looking forward to my time there and my new look. more

My first Affinity event. they had a live DJ and great prices on samples. I had a wonderful time. They were offering complimentary make-overs,I had my colors formulated and left ready for an evening of fun on the lake! It was a very upbeat and yet there was a sense of relaxation with the wine served and the constant flow through the salon of new faces as people just enjoyed their time at the Harbor. Affinity has added a sense of something new "To do" at the Harbor! I will be posting more reviews soon! Good fortune girls! more
