I had an appointment with Tonya on Wednesday, March 10 to get my hair cut and colored. She had to change the appointment to Thursday, which was not that big of a deal. After she got halfway through my color, she made another appointment for a cut DURING my appointment. I was not happy about that. I told her I did not like the cut and color when I left, she said give it three days. I washed it and dried it this morning, and I do not know what to do with it. She did NOT match the color, which I asked her to do AND the cut was shorter than I wanted. I said I wanted to keep the length, she cut at least 2-3 inches. I don't know what to do with it. Now I have to wait until my hair grows out AGAIN. I am VERY unhappy and will not be returning. I am just not happy and my hair, which I always have thought was a great, beautiful part of me, is a mess and there is no way to fix it! My story will be posted on other sights. more
