I went through approximately four treatments starting about a year ago, and I am a little disappointed. I know I did not go through with all the required treatments but there are areas I had done that actually seem denser than before. I guess I am a little bummed. I have been going to Karen for years for electrolysis and more recently for laser hair removal. She is incredibly knowledgeable in all that she does and really takes care of me. I went to Karen after speaking to her on the phone. She has a very nice office and I soon realized she is a true pro. I hate the hair on my back, stomach and shoulders. She has made that a thing of the past. It was truly unbelieveable to me how much hair came off after two visits. Then I did some research and found out that she was using one of the best lasers and not a pulse light machine they try to call a laser. Found Karen on the internet and was initially unsure of using her services as opposed to one of the ""major chains"". Am I ever glad I did!! It was the best decision I could have made. I found Karen to be the most professional person I have had care for me in a very long time. I thought people forgot what great service was. I have been to many spas and salons and never received more caring and top grade service than I have from Karen's business. I went to this business to laser all my hair off my body. I am a swimmer and a runner I hate body hair. I knew it would be very costly but, I was so surprised how affordable the owner Karen made it for me. For every area she charged me she greatly discounted the next area. I knew right away she was trying to help me afford all I needed done which, is a lot of treatment. But, she broke it down that I would come in and do about three or four areas and then come back the following weeks after I recovered costs for the next series of areas. She told me whatever I needed it to be we could work out a budget. I am a manager of a Electrical Business but, I just bought a new car so I am somewhat limited to how much I can afford monthly. She worked it out without any interest, contracts and the success after one treatment totally amazed me. I had waited 3 months like she suggested before beginning because of suntan to do my beard..When I was as white as I thought I would be able to get I went back. She turned me away the first time I met her telling me if I wanted a great treatment don't begin until you are as light as you can get..How many hair removal businesses do you know that would do that. That is why I didn't even call anyone else after that consulation. It was apparent how honest this owner was.
