Trustworthy and gets the job done right 8/23/2013

We had so much trouble with the dealership that we had to come to Aero (which is further away) to get our vehicle fixed the right way. If you want to be able to trust your mechanic then this is the place. The owner runs it and is involved in the day to day. more

Outstanding Service 7/18/2013

I love AERO Automotive. They have proven time after time to not only be honest, but demonstrated that they really do want to be my partner in helping me maintain my vehicle at the lowest possible cost over the lifetime of my vehicle which we want to exceed 250,000 miles. They always explain what needs to be done, offer options and easy methods of payment. Not to mention the warranties. I would be a fool to take my cars to anyone else. more

Honest and Fast Service 7/17/2013

My first visit to Aero was a pleasant one! Friendly staff and free refreshments added to the experience. My car ended up needing a new battery which was diagnosed and replaced within the hour. My ONLY complaint is that when my car was ready, I wasn't informed that the idle needed to be "relearned" by the car after changing a battery and I had to take it back to find that out. Once the idle was relearned 10-15 min later, the car was good as new! Will definitely go back! more

Referred me to Mr. Transmission. 7/1/2013

The onboard computer showed solenoid problems with the transmission. If the technician would have looked at the history, he should have seen a record of misfire on cylinder fire. According to another mechanic, the misfire could trigger the transmission shifting problem. There's probably no need to rebuild the transmission at all....but of course, that's what transmission shops do. more

Friendly people, fast service 6/22/2013

My car was towed to Aero Automotive and arrived around 5pm. I figured since it was getting in so late they would probably not be able to finish working on it for at least 2 days. To my surprise, they immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the requisite parts and assured me that my car would be ready by 10am the next day. They also allowed me to stay in the lounge well past their listed closing time while I waited for my transportation to be sorted out. They were friendly, welcoming, and understanding. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they do good work. I would not hesitate to use them again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of car service. more

I have found my new mechanic 6/22/2013

I can't say enough about the wonderful service that I got at Aero! I dealt with the owner all day long and he was so nice and easy to work with. He was honest about the work that needed to be done on my car and he actually called me when he said that he would instead of me having to chase him down all day long. I think that my husband and I have found our new mechanic! more

When I lived in Maryland, I had a great mechanic. They wouldn't try to sell me things I didn't need and they would always do a great job. That being said, I have been looking for a mechanic that doesn't lie to customers to gain sales. I believe I found a place I can trust. Your mechanics told me what was wrong with my vehicle and explained why my car was acting up. They also didn't try to tell me I needed breaks like others have in the past (I took my car to a big franchise mechanic months ago and they told me my breaks were shot and I needed new ones. I didn't trust them and didn't do it. Six months later you tell me I don't need breaks! So what does that say about them compared to you). So overall I am very happy. Great prices and integrity is the main reason I will be back. more

Awesome experience! 6/12/2013

Even though I had an older car, my car and I were treated with the highest level of courtesy and integrity. My repairs were completed as requested, nothing more, nothing less. Issues that had been through several other "mechanics" were diagnosed and explained so that I could make an educated choice on how to proceed with my car. All the stress of having to deal with car repairs slipped away as I went through their process. A fast turnaround time was just the icing on the cake. Thank you Aero Auto! You have a new customer for life. more
