Great Experience @ Aero Auto 11/19/2013

A great experience with them.......they towed my truck in; fixed exactly what they promised in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. The waiting room was pleasant - I could continue working remotely while they repaired my SUV - thanks for a great repair job & wonderful customer service. I will be back!! more

Proactive maintenance 11/12/2013

My 2002 Accord was in just for an oil change. They performed an inspection & determined that my throttle cable was sticking. As well as, corrosion on the battery cables. This was repaired within the same appointment. They also gave me a heads up on items that will need to be replaced in the next 6-12 months. This allows me to better plan expenses. more

Attention to detail 11/11/2013

Maintenance visits are very thorough with their “trip check”. Scott takes the time to explain in detail issues that arise. He’ll explain (teach really) how things work and why there might be a problem. He really knows his stuff. more

Tried to undersell me 11/6/2013

The mechanic came in the waiting room and asked if I really wanted him to do an oil change - since the sticker still said I had a couple thousand miles left. I was pretty sure that the dealer messed up the sticker when they sold me the car and that I was, in fact, overdue for an oil change. It's nice to not feel like you're being sold something just for the heck of it! more

Came in to get my door handle an oil change fix for my car. They do a great job and he fixed it on the same day. I would recommend them to a friend. more

The folks at Aero are top notch. They are friendly, helpful and trustworthy. We've been using them for all of our automotive repair needs for the last several years and have only good/positive things to say! We recommend them to anyone asking for reliable and reasonable automotive care. Their service manager Beverly is the best and the shop waiting room is a clean and pleasant environment if you have to wait.
