My house smells so fresh! I just had my house cleaned and it looks and smells great. I highly recommend. more

Aegis was Awesome. I don't know what happened to others who have left negative reviews, but my experience with Aegis was nothing but positive. They were very conscientious of my time, the cleanliness of my home, removed their shoes and did a fabulous job cleaning the air ducts which they verified using the video camera (I paid extra, but it was so worth it). They were professional, polite and pleasant. I also had their cleaning crew do a top to bottom move in clean and the place sparkled. The house had sat on the market for a few months, but the floors looked brand new, the sinks were spotless and there wasn't a speck of dust. They are a bit expensive, but I think it was well worth the quality. I've had cleaners in the past i wasn't impressed with but Aegis totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you all so much. Aegis did a wonderful job cleaning the air ducts in my home. They were very thorough and took the time to protect my carpets. Pat and Jeff used shoe covers when they first came in to count the vents. They were sure to vacuum all the vent covers and walked through each room with me after the cleaning. They used drop cloths and ran the system before the left. Pat took the time to show me a video inspection of my return before and after they cleaned. It was amazing and disgusting at the same time. Kristin was very easy to work with in the office. more

This is a horrible company to work with. They scheduled my cleaning 2.5 months out because they were so super busy. However the day of the service they call and cancel saying they had no one to clean, however I could hear a lot of chatter in the background. The person on the phone then tells me ""I"" need to call back the following day after 8 am to reschedule my cleaning- after they just canceled on ME!! So the next day I call at 830 am. Leave a message asking for Aegis to call me back, time goes by no return call. I call on my lunch around 1230- no answer left another message. I call again in the evening at 4:58 (figured someone should be closing shop). and I get a person finally. I explained that i was told to call and reschedule my service that i had reserved 2.5 months ago and she tells me its going to be another week or so. We had worked the original date in to fit with my wife's baby shower. Now they are telling me they cant do anything for another week or more? Then when i tried to explain that would not be acceptable that i needed the service this week. She explained that was the best she could do. It was the end of her day, and subsequently hung up on me. I will never work with this company again. Unprofessional- No customer service- and based on other reviews provides dis-satisfactory cleaning service. more

Very disappointed with this company. Had to work on the day that they came to clean, so my son stayed home for me. I hired them to clean my house. They cleaned the kitchen, living room and guest bathroom, but did not touch my bedroom or master bath. They also left early and told my son they were done. Unfortunately, my son doesn't know when my room is clean and when it's not. I have tried calling several times in the last 6 weeks to resolve this issue, but no response. I will hire someone else next time. more

I hired Aegis to clean ducts. Jeff came Monterey/Salinas with a broken equipment i.e. camera doesn't work. Anyway, I had to get cleaning done, so, gave a go ahead. They tried to clean some ducts and the cleaning pipe doesn't even fit into some of them. So much for hitec cleaning. Cleaned up whatever they could and called it a day. more

They wiped the frames, sill and brushed the screens. They even hit the corners. No upsale. No hidden fees. Best so far after several different companies. more

my windows never looked so good! aegis cleaned our windows and air ducts today. the windows are flawless and there wasn't a single bit of mess from the air duct cleaning. we got a wonderful bid for carpet cleaning which we will have them do in spring when it gets warmer. i also got a quote from kristin for bi-weekly housekeeping which will start next tuesday. i will update my review after the houskeeping, but so far i am very impressed. more

Not all cleaning companies are the same. Aegis did a fabulous job with our windows and air ducts. I saw their ad for free window cleaning the day after Christmas and was skeptical of any offer that says FREE. But after talking with Jeff over the phone I was much more at ease. The offer was for ten free window panes with a whole home cleaning and we had never had our ducts done since we moved into our house. He told me that the vents would be $20.00 a duct, $25.00 per return and $75.00 to clean the furnace with no other service charges. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered every single one of my questions. I felt very comfortable talking to him. He helped me count up all the ducts, gave me a final price of $445.00 and we set an appointment for Wednesday between 10:00 and 11:00. His crew arrived on Wednesday a few minutes before 10:00 and got right to work. I have to mention the little details. The work truck was clean and marked with signage. The guys looked clean, groomed, uniformed in khakis and matching shirts. Booties for the shoes. Tarps for the floor and furniture. Little covers on the corners of the ladders to keep from scratching my walls and very, very neat. I felt very at ease. Jeff walked through the process with me and counted up all the vents to make sure there was nothing missed. I picked out my ten windows (apparently a slider window is two panes, one stationary and one that slides) and they got right to work. There was no mess from the air duct cleaning at all. I was very impressed and although Jeff had told me it would be a very clean process, I still was not convinced until it was all done. Wow. No mess. I was very impressed. The camera was also very interesting, but pretty disgusting to watch. The windows looked brand new. Even the corners. They brushed the screens, wiped the frames and brushed out the dust in that channel where the window slides and collects dead flies. GROSS. They did such a great job I asked them if they could do the rest of my house. Jeff said it was no problem and the window crew stayed another hour and a half to get it all done. I Highly recommend. They charged me what they said they would charge. They cleaned what they said they would clean and did so beyond my expectations. I absolutlely love them. Very disappointed at the services provided by Jeffrey Waters and Aegis Commercial Services. They charged me $360 to clean the heating ducts in my home, and guaranteed satisfaction. They also provide video inspection of the duct work. He took the check, but when I took a look at my duct work later there are still leaves and junk in many of them. The registers show a quick pass with a vacuum cleaner, but there is still a lot of lint and other material in there. In essence they did a half-assed job, and took the money. They didn't even spot ducts that had become completely separated. So much for video inspection. Attempts to resolve this with them haven't worked. He promised to return another day, and I took the day off to be home to let them in. He never showed. All attempts to communicate with Aegis since have been ignored. Think twice before engaging these guys. more
