Very disappointed at the services provided by Jeffrey Waters and Aegis Commercial Services. They charged me $360 to clean the heating ducts in my home, and guaranteed satisfaction. They also provide video inspection of the duct work.
He took the check, but when I took a look at my duct work later there are still leaves and junk in many of them. The registers show a quick pass with a vacuum cleaner, but there is still a lot of lint and other material in there. In essence they did a half-assed job, and took the money. They didn't even spot ducts that had become completely separated. So much for video inspection.
Attempts to resolve this with them haven't worked. He promised to return another day, and I took the day off to be home to let them in. He never showed. All attempts to communicate with Aegis since have been ignored.
Think twice before engaging these guys.
