Why didn't I do this sooner? 3/29/2012

I just had my windows replaced a few days ago. Not only do they work like windows are suppose to but they look great on the outside as well. I had windows that were 20 years old (not that old). I didn't realize that after having them for that long they had no seals, were leaking water in where I couldn't see, and were starting to fog up. The best part of the whole deal was that I could actually afford them with there easy finance plan! Gerald was great to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! more

No more cloudy windows... 3/29/2012

We had several windows with failed/failing seals, especially on the South side of our home. After a few Internet searches, we called Advanced Windows in SLC and we never looked back. Gerald was awesome, explained what we were dealing with and how Advanced could help. The new windows (over 20!) were ready quicker than promised, and all installed in a single day. We now have great views from every room, and with less heat loss due to the Low E glass. more

I can see clearly now... 3/28/2012

We just had our windows replaced yesterday. We can already tell a difference in our home, aside from appearances. They are beautiful and as far as I can see worth every penny. The service of our rep and the installers was great!!! We are looking forward to enjoying our windows for the lifetime of us being in our home. And after having them for a year or two and getting the full benefit of them I just may have to come back and change my rating to Run, Don't Walk. lol Definitely satisfied =) more

Great Customer Service! 3/28/2012

I recently had several windows replaced in out 1950's home. I can't even begin to say how great of an experience it was to work with the company from start to finish. Josh was the first to come out and go over things with us. He did a great job explaining everything in detail to us, gave us a great deal and even worked out no interest financing for us. The installers were very professional. They cleaned up everything and left us with a much more efficient home. We would reccommend Advanced to anyone and everyone. A+ more

ADVANCED THE BOMB WINDOWS! 3/26/2012

1984 MULTI LEVEL WE LOVE OUR WINDOWS! We tell everyone that walks in our doors...we turned off our furnace last week! Our home gets nice and toasty, windows have had to be opened this past week. They not only look beautiful, they are easy to clean and open. We have gotten so many compliments on how it makes our home look. We live on a main road....I CAN BARELY HEAR THE CARS ANYMORE! Matt was the bomb installer. Very professional, respectful of our home and space and so particular on HOW he did his work. As homeowners, we appreciated that so much. You're the BOMB, Mat! Gerald was our first contact and sales person. He SOLD his product well! The professionalism and care that he shared with us was awesome! Always respectful and kind. Go Gerald, go Gerald! We still have a couple more windows to get in and we will ONLY go to them! Thank you for putting out a great product and excellent, second to NONE customer service! That's what will keep us coming back! more

1976 Rambler 3/25/2012

We are very pleased with our new windows. The heating bills go down, no drafts, and so much quieter. The installation was very professional, they were very cordial, easy to work with and cleaned up after they were done. We now want to get the two patio doors replaces and we are going to Advanced to get it done. Ken is great to work with. I am a business owner and understand what it takes to provide great service. I am impressesd with Advanced and how they do great business. Can't wait for the doors! more

No need to shop around 3/25/2012

They are Gephardt approved for several reasons. Quality products, quality service and competitive prices to name a few. We have installed windows in two homes that we have lived in. The first was 10 or 12 years ago in Midvale, and last year in our current home. Both are older homes and the new windows and patio doors made a world of diference. Ken Jankowski is our sales rep. We first met him at the home & garden show and we have kept in touch ever since. We have refered friends and relatives who have also installed windows. more

Amazing Service 3/24/2012

Our experience with Advanced windows and their representative, Sim, was excellent. My grandma needed new windows and was very skeptical about the process. We spoke with various other companies but my grandmother was left feeling usure after each meeting. Sim came to our home and took the time to throughly explain everything to us. I read the other reviews and completely agree that this is an excellent company that represents themselves well. more

Good product but better service 3/24/2012

If you need new windows this is the way to go, although they are a little more expensive you are paying for quality product and service. Our sales gal, sims, was really good she was a great sales person but her responsiveness was what was key. I would recommend them highly you get what you pay for which is not the case with others, now I just hope I can get a good window covering place! more

Sim Advanced Window 3/24/2012

I love my new windows. I did a lot of research and met with many window people and I am so happy we decided to use Advanced. From the sales person Sim Gill to the Installer Marshal I was so pleased. They were kind and did such a wonderful job. I feel so much more comfort in my home and would recommend them to anyone who needs new windows. Awesome Product! 3/22/2012

I had Advanced Window Procucts put in all new windows in my home. The price was great and the product is even better. I did have one window that developed condensation inbetween the 2 sheets of glass so I called Mr. Jankowski and the next day he was here to take a look. He ordered me a replacement window at no cost to me and had it fixed in about a week. more

Advanced Window Products / Best Replacement Windows 3/22/2012

I have had Advanced Window Products put windows in 2 homes I have owned. Went through an extensive bidding process the first time. Chose AWP based on a combination of price, customer service, quality of product and the fact that they are an established Utah company. The second go around I didn't even bother taking bids. That's how much confidence I have with this company. Their product quality is unbelievably superb and their installation is tops. I am very happy that I chose Advanced Window Products as my window replacement company. more

I couldn't be happier with my new windows! 3/21/2012

My windows were so old they were painted shut! I thought it was going to be a huge hassle to get new windows put in but it was a breeze. The sales person was knowledgeable and the windows were ready to install when promised and they showed up on time! The installation was fast and went just like they said it would. When the installers left they had completely cleaned up the work area and my new windows looked beautiful. Perhaps the best thing of all has been how we no longer feel a draft and the savings we have seen on our gas bill. Don't hesitate to use Advanced Window Products, they are the best! more

My Grandma's new Windows Look Great! 3/21/2012

My elderly grandma desperately needed new windows in her home. She lives in a nice neighborhood, and in a beautiful home. But her old windows were drafty. Advanced Windows came out, measured all the windows, and installed the new windows a few weeks later. Grandma's house looks 15 years newer than it did before, and the best thing about it, is that she doesn't get so cold as she did before, because the new windows keep the cold air out. I would highly recommend anyone looking for new windows, to use Advanced Window Products. more

The windows made by Advanced Window Products are beautiful. They make any house look 20 years newer. They are high quality and extremely functional. The sales representatives are honest and do their best to get you the best prices possible. The most important thing to me when buying windows or other items, is that the company is local. I believe it is important to support local businesses in this economy. Advanced Windows is a local company that cares about the quality products they sell and their customer service. Their customer service is exceptional and I would definately recommend Advanced Window Products to my neighbors, friends and family. more

Will Use Again and Again! 3/21/2012

I own multiple rental properties throughout the Salt Lake valley. I have used Advanced Windows to replace the windows in two of my duplexes. They are older properties with the possibility of lead-based paint being present, so they had to take extra precautions when installing the windows. They showed me their proper certification and took the extra measures required for a safe install. The installers were careful to seal off the work area and left no trace of a mess upon leaving. Since replacing the windows in all of my units, all tenants have mentioned that their utility bills have dropped thanks to the new, energy efficient windows. I will use Advanced Window Products for all my replacement window needs in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks. more

Great local business and manufacturer of quality windows 3/20/2012

I am a Utah based general contractor with decades of experience in the home remodeling industry. I have had several dealings with Advanced Window products over the years, all of which have been extremely positive. In today's world we are continually confronted with companies that sing their own praises and talk a good talk. The problem comes when they have to back that talk up with a quality product and service. I personally know that Advanced Window Products produces an excellent product and provides service and support that is second to none. They advertise a needed product, produce it locally using high quality standards, and offer it to the public for a fair price. I for one will continue to do business with this company for these reasons. more

Great windows in both homes 3/20/2012

I had Advanced Windows replace all the windows in two of my homes and have been very happy with the windows and the awesome guy who installed them! I did the windows in my first house over 15 years ago, and was very happy, and had the windows and sliding doors in my current home replaced about eight years ago and everything is still working great. Both homes had the 50-year old single-pane and metal window frames that let the cold came right through! The homes were a lot more comfortable and better looking after the new windows. I have to say that I did not have any problems with the products or the people at Advanced and in fact I thought they were fun to work with. I even know that it's my job to wash the windows! We've broken a window and Advanced had it fixed promptly, so I recommend them highly. more
