I had Advanced Windows replace all my upstairs windows a one and one-half years ago. I was so pleased with the ease of operation, especially when it came to cleaning the outside of the windows (because I didn't have to go outside to do it), that I had them come again this summer and replace the downstairs ones. And not only are the windows great but the employees that did the work, on both occassions, were wonderful. They were courteous, professional and the clean up was excellent. A great experience. more

SIm came out and sold us some great new windows and doors we love them. What a change it has made to our home to say the least. They look nice and we are not melting in the this hot sun anymore. The installers were quick and so nice..Thumbs up!!!!! more

I had a great experience with Advanced. Todd was respectful of my time giving me a bid and didn't try to oversell me. He designed a beautiful replacement for my huge picture window that is not only more functional but ensures I still have the beautiful views we enjoy so much. After hours on the internet reading through reviews of severaal different windoe vendors that sell energy efficient windown I chose Advanced Windows for nseveral reasons.\r \r 1. They had great customer service.\r \r 2. Their windows are made, sold and serviced locally in Utah.\r \r 3. They are the only windoe distributor thaat provides a labor warranty to service thee windows in the event something happens to the window during the 25-year warranty period once installation has been completed.\r \r The person sent out to my home to provide the installation was Ben. Greaat guy, hard worker and well educated in his profession.\r \r Ben and his helper removed all twelve existing windows and reinstalled all twelve windown in under eight hours.\r \r Breat Job Ben thanks for all your hard work.\r \r Ken is the sales representative from Advanced Windows he also went above and beyond the call of duty by aranging his visit around my schedule and by providing an affordable quotation.\r \r Ken committed to a specific date that the windows would be ready and they kept that schedule.\r \r Ken also helped out fill out the rebate paperwork for Qwest and Rocky Mountain Power.\r \r This is a great company with competitive prices, great service, professional installation services, personal ontime delivery, and the bonus they have a labor warranty with local services.\r \r Go online aand check out all the reviews of all the window vendors in Utah once you do you decide.\r \r For me Advanced Windows was the best choice.\r \r Arron E. more

Joe Pfleegor? sold me windows for my home. He was great at explaining the differences in windows. He wasn't a pushy sales man. Flexible in communication via phone, FB, and texting. When they installed my windows, they were in and out. Left no mess for me to clean up. The windows fit perfectly. The wind at my house is horrible. There are no more whistles thru the windows. I can sit next to the window in the winter and not freeze. My house stays evenly warm. My gas bill is lower. It was money well spent! I am a mortgage loan officer. I refer many clients to Joe. My most recent client got a bid from Joe's competitor at $7k. I told her she needed to talk to Joe. Joe came in at $5k!! I will continue to send all my friends, family, and clients to him in the future. more

We used advanced for 3 windows and a door and and they were quick and Sim had done windows for my mom any time there is a problem they are quick to fix it and are always around to help. Read to the end I edited the review . BUYER BEWARE!!! Our landlord paid for a new set of windows in his side and our side. The same window on both his and our side constantly leaked. They came out 4, yes 4 times and it still leaked. They came out again after the window leaked and blew up my computer monitor, and low and behold, they had a framing piece installed...UPSIDE DOWN! So they call my wife today and they tell her that in the contract the landlord signed, they (Advanced Windows) is not responsible for any damage even if they install incorrectly. Gephart approved? We will let Mr. Gephart know he represents this business. The company told us it was the ""new"" guys on the job fault. And we had to file with the land lords insurance. If this company was truly interested in doing the right thing (CTR), they would have made sure we were taken care of. Oh well another money grubbing company with zero after the sale service... Well after contacting Gephart the company did sent out a check to replace the monitor. So they did make it good, but only after going to Gephart. It should have never came to this level. more

I just had windows installed from advanced windows and I am absolutely in love. They were so easy to work with and very clean. Rob Mower was way nice and honest with me and so easy to work with. He was so flexible and made it work with my schedule. I cant believe how big of a difference I can tell with it keeping the heat in and not getting so cold in the winter. I love it and it has saved my heating and cooling bill by a lot. it was definitely worth it and I will for sure go back for any future needs.\r \r \r \r \r more

We just finished a 3-day installation of 35 new windows and 1 new sliding glass door and are very happy with the results., Our installation guys, John and Harold were fantastic. Not only did they do a great job, but they were personable and fun and answered every question and concern we had throughout the process. I felt like they were part of my family after their 3-day stint with us! Since we had stucco construction, we had 'frame-over windows' installed and had zero damage to either the outside stucco or inside frames and windowsills. Our salesman, Ken, was a real trooper, making a trip over to measure window depth when I freaked out about whether our inside-mount blinds would fit back into the frame-over windows after installation. Not only do the windows look great (our house looks like new again), but we've noticed a distinct reduction in outside noise as well. We would (and have) recommended them to friends and family. more

We had 7 windows replaced with Advanced. I am very happy with our windows and very happy with the company. Ken was very knowledgable and was always available to answer all my questions. The windows are beautiful and easy to clean. The installers were friendly, professional and they did a very good job installing the windows. I love that the windows are made in Utah and I loved doing business with this company. more

We are replacing 6 windows in our home and Advanced Window sent Ken to do a free estimate for us. He was honest, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. Advanced works with a great glass manufacturer (cardinal) and then make their own frames here in Utah and custom fit them to your house. Their prices are also fairly good. I would recommend calling them! more
