Dr. Ingham helped me with Knee and Hip problems I had experienced while Running. I heeded the advice given to me by the Doctors, and I've been pain free. The staff are so kind and very friendly really felt like they really listened to me. I live well over an hour away, but if I have any type of issue I would not hesitate to go back. more

This place is the BOMB!! I have been suffering migraines for 15 years. I have gone to various doctors/chiros with only temporary relief. I went to Chicago Spine & Sports Care after Dr. Ingham gave a presentation at the firm where I work. He handed out cards for a free full evaluation, x-rays included. Everyone at CSSC is freakn amazing!! I had x-rays done and then Dr. Ingham explained in detail what was going on. He also explained the insurance/payment process. Although CSSC is a distance for me, I continue to go there. After the first week of treatment, I was feeling amazing! I have not suffered a migraine since February and Dr. Ingham found a couple of other issues that they have been treating. I am able to sleep through the night and actually started working out again. After every visit, I walk out of there feeling as though I have won the lotto. I am getting close to the end of my treatment but believe me, I will keep coming to them whenever an issue arises. I LOVE them!!! more

I first saw Dr. Ingham over four years ago (taking advantage of a postcard for a free chiropractic evaluation) and he has been my chiropractic go-to ever since. Whether I've had bouts of more chronic back pain or just needed readjustment, Dr. Ingham has been my guy. Both Dr. Ingham and Dr. Aho are both extremely knowledgeable and personable, they are incredibly focused on overall patient wellness, and I always feel like a VIP patient when I go in. Dr. Ingham has received a number of accolades, so he is clearly recognized & respected by the Chicagoland community as well as professional organizations. Even though my family and I have moved to where it is not convenient to visit the practice, when I need chiropractic care I make the drive because I trust Dr. Ingham so much. I could ask for absolutely nothing more in a practice or health care professional. more

I have been going to Dr. Ingham and Advanced Spine & Sports Care for several years now. Initially when I saw Dr. Ingham, I was in severe lower back pain. I am a runner and was unable to do so. Dr. Ingham was honest and straight forward with his diagnosis and explained his role in the treatment he could provide for my back pain. The initial treatments provided by him and his staff relieved my back of the pain. I have continued preventive treatments since then and I have not had the severe back pain I experienced years ago more

I had sharp pains in my neck 8/8/2013

When I sought treatment I had sharp pains in my neck and shoulders that radiated down my arms as well as lower back pain. I had those symptoms for 5 years. Since my treatment, all my pain has either become non-existent and or has significantly improved. Especially, the pains in my neck and shoulders. I no longer have shooting pains. I would recommend Advanced Spine and Sports Care because they thoroughly explain what is going on in a friendly non-judgmental manner. They also make sure to take care of you past the point of the pain subsiding. Having physical therapy while working with Eugene is so helpful in being able to get back to movements I was able to do before. It is very motivating! more

I began to feel sharp, debilitating pain 8/4/2013

I first started treatment because when I ran I began to feel sharp, debilitating pain that radiated toward my pelvis. I had been experiencing these symptoms for several years. After following the personalized treatment plan that Dr. Ingham had implemented, I can run for several hours with no pain! I am currently training for the Chicago Marathon! I credit the staff's and doctors professionalism and competence for my recovery. I highly recommed this office, they make you feel like family. more

I was experiencing Low back pain 8/2/2013

I was experiencing Low back pain for several years and in February finally decided to do something about it after it getting progessively worse and worse. I ws seen promptly and the staff is always kind and courteous. Dr. Ahohas a great treatment plan and my pain is almost completely gone! The environment is so positive and the staff is so 5/24/2013

I started care at Advanced Spine & Sports Care February 2011 My initial complaint before starting care was back, neck and shoulder pain as well as leg neuropathy following chemotherapy. I had those symptoms for 2 years and now I am able to live an active life which includes travel. I can lift my luggage and thrive in an 18-hour a-day work environment while on the road. I no longer have pain in my back, shoulder or neck. I am able to enjoy leisure activities such as walking and hiking pain free. I am stronger and feel confident that I can accomplish any task without difficulty. Pain in the back, shoulder and neck are completely gone. I can walk without pain, which I thought would never happen. I would recommend Advanced Spine & Sports care because Dr. Aho is a skilled doctor of chiropractic and his genuine care for his patients is the reason I keep going back. I would recommend this office to anyone 3/21/2013

My overall pain in my lower and mid back has decreased. I can sleep better at night and preform better at work. The whole process from begining to end has helped me manage my pain. I have been through many other tretments and have not gotten this far. I would recommend this office to anyone suffering with pain. Many thanks! more

I was in the process of becoming a patient; however, do to distance and my schedule (especially traffic) it has been extremely difficult to make my appointment. Other than that, I am VERY impressed with your facility and staff. I have been seeing chiropractors for 14 years and this has been by far the best and most helpful experience. Yesterday, I was adjusted my Dr. Jason (forgot his last name sorry) and for the first time in 3 years I did not have pain for at least 24 hours. THANK YOU! I also want to add the Eugene is EXTREMELY polite and professional. I have yet to meet someone in the health care ""world"" with his attitude and demeanor. He is a GREAT asset to your clinic. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. If and when I can figure out arrangements with the distance and schedule I will certainly be back. more

I crawled into Dr. Inghams office about three years ago, and must say he saved my life. I am suffering from a severely damaged back due to too many years in the construction industry. Having incessant pain and multiple back spasms daily, he was able to diminish the pain and decrease the number of spasms. Dr. Ingham and his staff are very professional and caring. They know their trade and promote a healthy lifestyle along with exercise and stretching. To me this natural method is a better solution as opposed to having surgery and medication. more

From the first day I met Dr. Ingham I knew this was the place for me. He is very detailed oriented and listen to my concerns and addressed them. I was affraid to see a chiropractior and now my only regret is that I didn't start earlier! more

I am running without pain, and physical therapy has made my core significantly stronger and more stable. All my symptoms are completely gone!I would recommend Advanced Spine more

Finally! 1/5/2012

I had an injury many months ago and had visited both another chiropractor and a medical doctor. I felt like neither cared or even took the time to properly exam or even ask about how it happened. I let the pain go on because I was frustrated and didn?t really know where to turn. The pain continued to get worse so after research on the internet and trying different exercises I decided something needed to be done. I decided to see this office and I am so glad I did. From the beginning Dr. Ingham is the only one who suggested Xrays to see what the problem was. He then sat down with me and went over those in great detail. I was so relieved that someone was giving me the answers to my questions. He is the only one that found the problem and gave me a solution. When I was concerned about cost he himself, the doctor, went over the payment arrangements and made it affordable so I could get rid of this now lingering problem. I cannot recommend this office enough. Dr. Ingham is the best doctor I have ever encountered and his adjustments are specific and not the same ever time you go and I don?t have to wait 10-30 minutes to see him. I am always seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time, seriously!! more

Dr Jason Ingham and his staff were very courteous and professional. I had severe back pain and Dr Ingham was able to help me recover in a timely manner . As a result, I no longer have any back pain.They are all a very caring and attentive staff. and I did not feel like I was just another patient. I initally started comming to Advanced Spine and Sports Care because I was having frequent lower back pain, especially during physical activity. I had this pain for a month before recieving chiropractic care. As I stayed on the doctor's treatment plan the pain started to decrease. After two weeks, my pain drastically improved and was virtually nonexistent. I would recommend Advanced Spine and Sports Care in a heartbeat. The doctors are very honest and genuine. The staff is very friendly and understanding. I never feel rushed or neglected. With every visit, I feel better walking out the door than the moment I walked in. more
