I recently celebrated my wedding. Unfortunately, I made business with Adobe Hacienda dance Hall and it was my worst mistake ever. They made my event a living hell. They gave me the worst customer service, and tried to deceive me by changing the contract to there convince about 4 times during my business with them. They didn't answer my phone calls, and/or emails. Although, sometimes there where in the mood to communicate with me, there were rude and even hung up the phone. Just be aware of this place and it's management. They will try to charge you for services that are already included in the contract. THIS IS MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A BUSINESS! BE AWARE! more

We Loved this Rustic Venue !.My sister chose this venue for my niece s Quinceanera. The family and I were very happy with this choice of venue. Our event looked so classy with choice of decor. We hired an additional staff for full service formal sit down reception.The service was very profesional and met all our needs. Everything was done by the hall . It was beautiful. I thought the staff at the Adobe Hacienda was outstanding. They took care of my event with every detail . Tables and all decorations were beautiful . Every one of my guests thought my family had bought and done all the decorating. This was a surprise party and could not be connected in anyway with the planning of event. I would not have been able to pull it off as a surprise if not for the great staff ! The cake was gorgeous , food was great. I got alot of compliments with the whole rustic concept. My parents and I had been there as guests in a prior event. Because my parents had been impressed with staff attentiveness I decided to do my event there.. Ms. Eva and Laura will go over every detail with you prior contract AND after. I had forgotten to bring plates and forks for cake and staff turned it around for me and helped me out. They even cut the cake so my parents could enjoy the party with us. My understanding they do this for everyone.I will definitely be having my wedding and family reunion there . more

GOOD SERVICE 3/16/2012

This wedding was beautiful , I am sorry Ricardo Frias felt he could only rate 3 stars to this facility the day of his wedding however I do agree with him, that his wedding was elegant and the food was awsome ,for alot of his family members and guests personaly mention it to me. I truly believe he is mistaking concern with anger. I don t know . What I do know is Lil Concern lady was given 2 weeks to prepare for this wedding . She was concern after changing color of overlays twice by Mr Frias they would not arrive on time. Another concern was having to work all night in order to fulfill Mr.and Mrs Frias request at changing ceremony location the night before. As for the food, it was awsome as Mr Frias puts it ,so much so that alot of guests were requesting take home plates for later. Lil Concern Lady was stress at one point for Mr Frias had over invited guests by 39. I watch her turn everything around from bad to good and fed everyone at her expense. It was nice of Mr Frias to thank her for she made sure everyone was served at least once . She did feel bad for those who wanted seconds. Thank you Mr. Frias for your appology to the Lil Angry lady in telling your guests she did not want to feed them. As you said it was your wrong choice of words. The apology ment alot to the Lil Concern lady after all she personaly did all the hard work and turned your mistakes to positives your wedding would of been fantastic in your own words had it not been for changes to YOUR prior choices the night before. .So if your wedding was so elegant and beautiful, food awsome, gave you free food for your guests after your overage. Even Nice enough to let you get undress down to your underwear in front of all your guests,Personally I found that offensive and distasteful . How is all this Not Good SERVICE? more

romantic, rustic beautiful modern wedding 10/10/2011

When I first viewed the reviews for this hall I was very weary but after having my wedding here, I was so glad we decided to have it at the Hacienda. \r \r First off, I live in Dallas TX and we were having our \r wedding in El Paso because all our families live there. I went to almost every single venue in El Paso and the Adobe Hacienda had the most unique space. I didn't want just a plain square hall like every other wedding so this place did the trick for us. After we picked it, we went through so many details and everything came out wonderful.\r \r The outdoor court yard reception was very classy and having the sunset in the background was beautiful. The water wheel and ambiance with the fire places looked wonderful. We had a very moist chicken with chile con queso sauce, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes and a side of chips. So many people told me the food was incredible. I really did not want mole or brisquet since that is at all weddings and we were offered many different dishes to choose from. We also included waiters for a sit down dinner of 200 guests and the waiters were quick and very professional. \r \r After the reception the cake was delicious, and the dance came out great. We had a rather large wedding so this venue was the perfect size for what I wanted. The price was also very great, Eva works with all budgets big or small to get the best wedding out of your budgeted price. We did a combination of 2 diffent center pieces with fresh white and red roses in top of demask black and white designed tables. We included a extra bartender to mix specialty drinks for our guests and they were very happy along with the kegs included in our package. \r \r I guess the only thing I would really stress is make sure your contract says word for word every single thing you have agreed upon in your contract so there are not questions later on, but that goes for any venue you contract with. My wedding came out absolutely beautiful and again I was so happy with the outcome of our wedding. Eva did all the hard work for us which was wonderful since we live out of town. Best big secret in town 2/7/2011

I was leary of visiting this hacienda because of its rustic surroundings but decided to give it a chance.I was glad I did drive there. I was so surprise and amazed as I walked in to the building. It had such a warm and romantic feeling it felt as if I was walking into someones home of the past, and what an amazing courtyard big enough to hold a party within a party. I was made to feel so welcomed and staff was so very helpfull.Everything was shown to us in detail. I was shocked on the services provided for my daughters quiceanera.I must say that the hacienda staff out did themselves when they decorated for my daughters Blue Xmas theme quinceanera.It was nice the first time we entered the hacienda but when I saw it the day of my daughters quince I was so impressed tears almost ran down my face. I had been assured it was going to be prety and that they would be carefull on details however because of my budget, I never thought it would look that beautiful. There were times when I got frustrated and worried thinking I needed to have hands on however everytime I called I was assured things were getting taken care of, and they were right !\r That day tables were surrounded by xmas trees decorated with blue everywhere . Everything was decorated tables chairs even the bathrooms. The food I new was going to be good for the coordinator had made a sample dinner for us and had been delicious. I was So gratefull when I miscalculated the amount of guests and the staff there imediately came up with the solution and saved me from somewhat of an imbarrasment . I am gratefull to them for they went way out of their way to help us.As for the cake, well I was willing to take a chance since it was complimemtary and included in our package. Because it was free I really was not expecting it to be so beautiful in detail.When you visit the hacienda ask to see the courtyard set up .Saddly because it was winter we were not able to use it however our family reunion is next.True meaning to the phrase picture perfect.My guests where so impressed however some did complained on why their GPS gave them the wrong directions.All in all Thank you Adobe hacienda for making my daughters' blue xmas theme a reality more

Calling all romantics! 9/25/2010

Ive been to many weddings and seen a lot of halls, when it was my time I was looking for something out of the ordinary. My husband and I have very big families and had to think about accomodating more than 500 people. I didn't have very much time to plan my wedding due to my career so I pretty much left many choices in the owner's hands. I found pictures of this hall through this website, right away, after looking already at a few halls, I knew this was the one. I even read the previous reviews. Being in my profession, I know well enough there is two sides to every story. I have seen it happen all too many times where pople are very quick to place judgement and ruin reputations because they dont get something for nothing and not getting what ""they feel they deserve."". My reasoning was 2 reviews out of how many possible occassions this hall accomodates? Needless to say, I was soooo thrilled of how my wedding was planned out, I don't regret giving this hall a chance, hec! I just pretty much showed up! I told the owner what my fantasy wedding looked like and she brought it to life! I was amazed with the set up and WOW the courtyard was just so romantic , from the lighting to the fireplaces, the colors used down to the flowers, the appetizers to the main course, the cake, the music... . I had my bridezilla momments as well due to my time constraints during the planning but the owner understood and did everything she could do to help me. I feel with all our open communication and her reassurance she made me feel real comfortable. Cheers to you Adobe Hacienda for creating one of the most memorable nights of my life. more
