I called here to find out about getting my dogs nails surgically trimmed (his quicks are super long, and the groomer always cuts them, causing him pain). I am nervous about having this done to begin with, and the woman who answered the phone was AMAZINGLY RUDE. She talked to me like I was crazy to even ask such a question, and before I had even finished my question cut me off saying "we don't do that". I went on to explain the situation i am in, and all she did was continue to tell me that they just trim them while the dog is awake, and there is no need to put them under for a nail trim. She never let me explain, and when I asked for an estimate she said I woul dhave to talk to a DR and hung up. I am sure the dr's are wonderful and qualified, but based on my experience with the receptionist, I would NEVER leave my sweet doggie there. more

My dogs were suffering from problems that their San Jose Vet had said was old age and could not be fixed but Dr. Judy of ADOBE ANIMAL HOSPITAL cured them both after just one look. Everyone at the office is kind ' caring and really loves their job and your animal. Great customer service to animals and people. Our animals like them. You can not find a better vet than these. They are terrific. more

they really care about your dog. We used them for an emergency for the first time, and even though they didn't know our dog, they were very kind and also fast at getting us in. more

I took my 11 month cat their, as their prices were better than the most, almost everyone tht works here is rather rude, they are not very friendly, as i tried making small talk and the vet looked at me like I was an idiot who didnt deserve to live and gave me a dirty look, they also charged an insane amt for lab work almost 140 dollars just to tell me if my cat was spayed or not, So if it is not it was a waste and i have to pay them another 140, but i would only go here if you are low on money like I was, their cheap for the most part other than the things mentioned, but if you want good customer service and your pet to be well taken care of choose another place, their were alos quite rough with my cat while trying to give it shots and a pill which bothered me a great deal hope this was helpful Pros: not busy Cons: rude people, to rough with animals more

They did a good job cleaning my 2-year old dog's teeth, but they charged almost $700 for a routine cleaning (he did not have gum disease or need teeth pulled). Their prices are just ridiculous, and when I politely complained the vet was rather rude. more
