Review content:
I called here to find out about getting my dogs nails surgically trimmed (his quicks are super long, and the groomer always cuts them, causing him pain). I am nervous about having this done to begin with, and the woman who answered the phone was AMAZINGLY RUDE. She talked to me like I was crazy to even ask such a question, and before I had even finished my question cut me off saying "we don't do that". I went on to explain the situation i am in, and all she did was continue to tell me that they just trim them while the dog is awake, and there is no need to put them under for a nail trim. She never let me explain, and when I asked for an estimate she said I woul dhave to talk to a DR and hung up. I am sure the dr's are wonderful and qualified, but based on my experience with the receptionist, I would NEVER leave my sweet doggie there.
