Really nice staff... Dr Oneil is excellent... but hurry up and wait 10/10/2008

Dr. Oneil is an excellent and very competent vet. I have always been very happy with the care they have provided my dog. However, beware, they are very popular! They get busy. It is quite understandable that an emergency surgery takes priority to a routine check up... and that is ok.... but be prepared to spend some time in the waiting room. But to me , it is worth the wait. I highly reccomend them! more

Outstanding 4/25/2007

The care my dog has received from both doctors has been outstanding. She in the past has been frightened of going to the vet but since we have been going to Adobe she gets excited about visits. In fact if we drive by going some place else she throws a fit for me to stop. more

Dr O'Neil is fabulous! 12/24/2006

After 3 bad vets I found Dr O'Neil and she is the real deal in Oxnard. Fantastic, she saved my dog's life , She had pancreatitis which is life threatening and after a vet took my money and abandoned us, I found her in time to save my 10 yr old schnauzer. I highly recommend this vet . I have been going to vets for 30 years and I was a medical professional myself before becoming disabled. Prices are very fair.\r \r Update: my dog just had surgery by Dr O'Neil yesterday june 5th 2007 and she did the best job ever. I am so amazed and impressed. I have been thru many surgeries with my dogs over the last 30 years and I have to tell you that she not only did the best job but the detailed instructions and explanations of all that was done far exceeds anything I have ever received. I thank God everyday for having her to take care of my 3 girls. she really is amazing and so caring..my dog is doing so well one day after major surgery. I appreciate this vet and hospital so much ..I have such peace o more

Dr. O'Neil is Fantastic!!! 9/4/2006

Dr. O'Neil has superior education and experience. She has performed several surgeries on my pets (2 on elderly pets), and these animals are still alive, happy, healthy. Sometimes I think Dr. O'Neil loves my animals more than she does me ;) and that suits me just fine. She's the only vet that I would board them with as she truly understands and cares about them. Her office is sometimes busy, but the staff are always polite and patient. Besides, I feel better going to a vet that does spay and neuter for strays and does everything else she can to help animals - including finding homes for many of them. The staff even brings strays home to foster them. Her prices are reasonable - Dr. O'Neil is the best deal around - both for the welfare of your pet and for your pocketbook. more
