If anybody can tell you how AMAZING Dr. O'Neill and her staff are it's ME! She has the BEST staff and they are VERY accomodating. And if you have to wait? She's worth it--that's why I now make all of my appts on Saturdays and they are ALWAYS able to fit me in as busy as they are. I have done animal rescue now for several years and she treats ALL of my rescue dogs (American Eskimos, mostly (and pommy's)) with care, love and respect. She has even catered to my MOST difficult and NEVER gave up on them; I truly admire and love her for this. I have brought in probably ~20 dogs in the past 3 years. Victor, her vet tech has an amazing gift for these dificult ones and he is always smiling no matter what. She ALSO cares for my own 3 dogs, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else unless in an emergency situation (if she was out of town or completely booked). What I also love about Dr. O'Neill is she helps me find other alternatives that are more affordable for me and my budget--and because of this, I am able to offer the best care within my means for my own. Her Dr's reports are very thorough and descriptive and have yet to find anybody to even document their "personality" traits which helps me tremendously in getting my fosters adopted.
