Admiral Infiniti

I recently purchased a Infinity QX56 for my family. The sales staff was wonderful. I saw the QX on Admiral's website and negotiated the deal in 3 emails. From start to finish, everyone at Admiral made this experience quick and easy! I live in Philadelphia and found it easier to get my QX56 from Admiral rather than ANY Infinity dealerships closer to me!!! more

I recently took my QX56 to get serviced at Admiral Infiniti's service department. It was so refreshing to be greeted with a professional, pleasant attitude by Brian, who was my service advisor. He went over everything that I had wanted to get done that day to my car, and I never felt like I was being ""sold"" extra unnecessary services. I had decided to wait for my car, so Brian walked me to the waiting area were there is coffee, tea, snacks, and water, along with a tv, newspapers, and even massage chairs to sit in while you wait!! My car was done in a timely manner, and came back to me cleaner than when I had dropped it off. I have not had any problems with my car since then, and I plan to take my car to Admiral Infiniti anytime it needs service. more

Last day of 2010 and it was time for a new car. So we shopped around for an infiniti and ended up at Admirial Infiniti..... \r \r Met with Jim who was as nice as could be and before you knew it I was driving off the the lot with a BRAND NEW INFINITI QX 56 ....What an suv..the new 2011 body style is awesome..\r \r Admirial gave me top dollar for my trade ...bottom line pricing ...and made my experience the best\r \r I would tell everyone to go to Admirial Infiniti.....\r \r What a way to start the new year....\r \r THANK YOU ADMIRIAL.....\r \r more

I had been looking all over for a black on black g-37 and no one could help me.. Until I called ADMIRIAL INFINITI.\r \r I spoke with Hal and my troubles and search were over.. He invited me into their showroom, got me a nice cup of coffee from the admiral cafe and spent the time with me making sure he could find me exactly what i wanted. He explained everything to me and he was on his way to find me my dream car.\r \r While he was searching the inventory at admirial he walked me over to the Admirial nail salon where I sat and had my nails done while i waited for Hal. Imagine that I was getting my nails done in a car dealership... It was wonderful.....\r \r I cant say enough about Admirial Infiniti.....The people are 1st class...The place is awesome.....and oh by the way they found me my black on black G-37 and i couldn't be happier.....\r \r I would recommend Admirial Infiniti to anyone....I can't wait to go back for my first service appointment to get my nails done again.....\r \r more

Admiral Infiniti in Egg Harbor Township NJ is the worst place to take your vehical for service. They order wrong parts for your vehical, Claim extra labor hours to make the sales ticket higher without ever performing the work on the vehical. Labor is charged @ a shocking price of $120.00 an hour. Going rates are generally around $75. The shop also can't ever give an accurate status update. When my car was in for service it was there for a month with a broken windshield. While in their posession they failed to clean up the glass which in turn caused body damage and broken components to the convertible top which they claim was 'pre existing'. When i finally got my vehical back, the mileage exceeded the amount that should have been on it even though it needed to be taken to and from the body shop. My car was taken on Joy rides while in their possession, while i was left without a vehical. By the way the loaner car i was givin for a total of 5 days had marijuana in the glove box putting me in jeopardy had I been involved in a traffic stop. Don't go to admiral infiniti for any reason. You will be screwed. There mission statement states we give courteous and honest service! I think NOT. more
